Great place. Everyone i have dealt with has great customer service and is friendly.

Best prices in town, best quality, best service behind the sales desk in Francisco who is extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable. He never fails to show true interest and is prompt to offer up advise and is quick to show you what you're getting before you pay to make sure you're getting the right parts! And by the way, a great, big shout out to the crew in the warehouse, they're always at the ready to go find your parts and are super fast, this is quick and expeditious service, get you out and on your way to complete your project!

This is a really nice supply house pretty much everything you need is right here and they don't have it they can get it they even had some nice convenient 2020 code changes handbooks that's going to help my life a little bit easier than the following months of all these changes thanks First Source I'll definitely be returning here

Tried calling them to ask something very simple. The guy that answered the phone was rude and hung up on me. First and last time to ever do business here.

I sent the pic of the breaker to Jonathan, he quote me the price $124, when i arrived to pick it up he looked at the pic again and said oh i quoted you wrong price and the correct one would be $207. Talked to the manager..same response. good thing i had call Houston Breakers got the correct one first time for $130. Cheap business trick, they thought since I was there already, the could con me..

The receptionist is great but the counter sales team is by far the worst customer/phone service I've ever come across for a supply house. You have a 1 in 10 chance of the counter sales team actually answering the phone. I've been left on hold till I either hang up or they do. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

They never have the parts or material you need, they take forever, and it's just not worth it. Go to Elliott or Crawford and save yourself some time.
