Well the superior electrical contractors that I've dealt with and I do deal with a lot of contractors with my line of work these guys come out do what needs to be done and don't try to break you through the colds as they're doing it

Highlights goes above and beyond on almost everything that I send their way. Easily my preferred electricians for anything related to commercial real estate throughout all of Houston. Carmen (my Account Manager) always goes the extra mile just to make sure we are fully-informed and satisfied with the end-product; whether it is handling our warranty claims on old fixtures or helping us establish electricity with the CNP or CoH, she makes working with electricians easy and deserves a lot of credit! Wouldn't be able to survive out here if it wasn't for Carmen & Highlights!!

A few years ago, this was a good place, but the last couple of years they have gone down. I can no longer recommend them. If you do use them, you will likely be disappointed.

Bad experience with this company. They billed me for an hr and a half to come out to push a button to reset the GFI outlet, when in reality no tech came out or had a signature that he was here and no one saw him. But the manager/owner brushed us off.

If there was an option to put 0 stars I would have. There office staff has some of the worst character I have dealt with very unprofessional. Charlie is incompetent and unfit for his position. I have never met another person who acts like they know what there doing yet fails so horribly. There field workers would earn them 4 stars if the company was only based off them.

Terrible customer service !!!hands down the worst.
Paula needs training.on customer service She forgets what she scheduled. I had to adjust my personal schedule 3 times because of her and she didn't seem to care . The technician was great efficient and kind. And worked in a timely manner I wished he worked on the side because I will NOT recommend this company!!!
