To follow up on my previous review. This 5 star is for the electrician who actually came out to my home. He was professional and went above and beyond to fix the issues that I had. Even chacked back in to make sure i was happy. So without the know it all receptionist who advised me I didn't have a problem. The Electrician changed out breakers and my problem has not happened again. So kudos to the professional.

I got a free install with my new Ford Lightening EV charger. Aaron came out for the estimate and then returned for the install. This company did an excellent, professional job.

Best electricians we have found since relocating to the Houston area. These professionals really know electrical work and are able to install, troubleshoot, and repair whatever needs to be done, on time and on budget — even when things don’t go as planned. We will definitely call on them for all of our electrical needs. Would give them 10 stars!

Had some issues (faulty led disks)with our electrical systems that were installed by Swartz on our new home, Ivan and his team helped to trouble shoot the problem and got it corrected. There was difficulty at first with scheduling, but after talking through the issue with the scheduler we are back on the same page. I greatly appreciate you guys working through the issue.

Good workers, lazy supervisors

No showed to an appointment. Did not respond to phone or email until the next day.

If you are careless enough to drive while talking on the phone and disregard simple things like other Houstonians what other things are you careless about when it comes to electrical work? Driving on i10 west at around 2:30 on Sunday Apr 19. I’ll put my trust in another electrician.

Electrician who came out seemed knowledgeable and very professional but told me something different then my electrical engineer at work said so now I am not sure who to believe. I would give him personally a 5 star for being professional.
However calling the office for support again this morning the lady who answered the phone didnt really listen to my problem but was quick to tell me because she works with electricians (i guess that makes her an expert)there is nothing they can do. My breakers trip randomly in a new home after power outage. Different ones each time. Swartz Electric did all our homes in the neighborhood. Several people I spoke with have the same problem in the neighborhood. I lived the next neighborhood over done by another company never had a breaker trip.

Very rude people and unprofessional electrician. Did not know how to talk to clients. I did not hire them as they worked for my builder - J patrick and they came to fix warranty work and he was completely rude from the time he walked in as if he was working for me for free. I reported to J Patrick on it too and no action was taken. Not a good company to work with and when i needed them to come to check the work they never called to schedule an appointment. Find someone else as i would have given them 0 star if i could.

Their warranty system sux. They can't help you.
