Only come here if you have a lot of time to waste my order had been placed days ago & when I get there I still had to wait 2 hours too unprofessional

They sold me a GE PLC software upgrade that wasn't compatible with my hardware and wouldn't allow me to return it. I gave them the serial number, license number, info on the hardware I was using and they said it was my fault. This is after 3 weeks of dealing with them begging them to allow me to buy the software. Horrible customer service with Carl Rockstad. I am switching from GE / FANUC hardware & software to Allen Bradley (a much easier company to deal with).
