We used SB Electric twice recently and was very satisfied with the quality and timeliness of Gustavo’s service. He is a skilled electrician, polite and communicated well with me. He provided set prices for the work and afterwards I encouraged him to price work time and material for greater transparency. I will use him again if I get better clarity on his price.

Gus was fantastic to work with. I called him on a Saturday after I blew a fuse in my kitchen by running my air fryer and toaster at the same time, and he actually answered the phone — which already impressed me. He showed up right on time Monday and was extremely professional and thorough.

Gus took the time to check both appliances and clearly explained that my air fryer was pulling about 1700 watts, which exceeded the 20-amp circuit. He also inspected the breaker box and gave me helpful, practical advice, including recommending a whole-house surge protector as a smart future upgrade — no pressure, just solid guidance.
