Charles will never leave a site without making the repair HAPPEN! They are super reliable, communicative and knowledgeable, this along with their expertise is what differentiates them from the rest! I would recommend this company to a friend and plan to use them again the next time we need electrical repairs and/or services performed.

Scheduling with their manager over the phone went very smoothly and he was able to work with my schedule. His crew came out to install LED recessed lights in one of our bedrooms and I love the results!! They really know their stuff and were great guys to deal with. They took the time to explain everything to me and I thought they were very reasonably priced compared to other quotes I received for LED lights. I've finally found a reliable electrician who does beautiful work. Happy customer!

We had Sheffield Electrical replace an entire electrical panel first. We lost power on a Wednesday night and the techs worked most of the day on Thursday to get our panel up and running before the weekend, not leaving until late night. They were several hundred dollars cheaper than two other quotes we got. I have since called them back to trouble shoot two outlets that were not working. Knowledgeable, professional, first rate. Sheffield Electrical has got great employees, thumbs up!!

I had a great experience with Sheffield Electrical and could be more satisfied with their service. From the very first phone call, their team was friendly, professional and quick to respond. The electricians arrived right on time, came fully prepared and carefully listened to the concerns I had. They took the time to explain what was wrong, what needed to be done and gave me a clear breakdown of the costs before starting the job.

They wanted $329 just to come out and give a quote. No work included. Complete ripoff.

Charging $130 to come out and tell me if they can install a single Ethernet port
Absolutely scam

centerpoint determined cause of power issue to be a damaged line from transformer to house. called asking for a quote to get new power lines run in conduit but was told it was $125 just to show up to provide a quote.

Extremely disappointed in this place! Today 9/10/22 I took the day off to be here for the electrician to arrive between 12-3pm. At 10mins till 3 I call and they said someone would be the at 3. No one shows...
So then I call again and they tell me it a new guy was supposed to give me a courtesy call.
Never got a call from anyone.
Now it's 4:30 and still no one.
So I called and they still couldn't give me an answer on a ETA! Is the job in a space time continuum with no clocks? Are they so confused about the work they are doing they have absolutely no idea at all how long it will take?
I simply need one outlet replaced.
Needless to say I cancelled... I'm not paying a $99 trip fee for a tech that doesn't have the respect to (Show up on time, call with an ETA so I can have an idea when he/she will arrive, can't communicate with the company on why he's late.) Just 0% accountability..
Thanks for wasting my whole day off from work.
