Was able to get a quick quote on the phone, didn’t have to have someone come out and look at my house to try and see where they could up sale me! No need for lengthy wait time, started the process as soon as we put our deposit down!

I didn't want to post this but after personally reaching out to the owner of the company via email and not yet received a response, let's just say my intelligence have been insulted. Then again, I believe it's a family-owned business, so go figure.

In my opinion, the Sales Rep. was price gouging, and I honestly believe he attempted to take advantage of the fact that I’m a female and was the only one in attendance on the virtual call. The Sales Rep. was not aware my husband was in our bedroom due to his illness, but he was able to hear me handling my business.

The Sales Rep. quoted me a cash price of $15,500 (paid in full/one installment) for a 14K generator. I can purchase an 18K for that amount. He also quoted me $935 for permits and $819 for a transfer switch. I've had other estimates where the permits and transfer switch were included in the estimate.

I've done my homework and I'm in no rush in making a decision on my purchase. I have other appointments pending scheduling and is praying they go well.

Does anyone know how to get ahold these people? Or planning on contacting a lawyer? They scammed many people and would like to see who would like to get together to go after them

They have scammed me out of $9000.00 After paying them, they dismantled their web site and all I get are busy signals on their phones. I've contacted the BBB to help investigate.

This is a scam. I am making my police report first thing, because they put in a generator and did everything wrong. It never worked, I tried calling and emailing, I should’ve known since it was wrong when they text me at 3 o’clock in the morning, asked me to pay the moneyI had to call Generac to fix it for additional money is no way they’re getting their money. This is crazy. Do not trust these people.

They have scammed me out of $11,000. After paying them, they dismantled their web site and all I get are busy signals on their phones. Their address is a place that only collects their mail and they won't give me any information. I have filed a police report with Hcp4 Constable, and the Texas Attorney General. I am 75 years old and after Hurricane Beryl, I don't think I would survive another hurricane without a generator.
