Some of the most professional people and work I’ve ever contracted. They are extremely respectful and the owner responds via phone/text message in SECONDS! The pricing is very fair and as long as you’re willing to work with them they will work with you. Definitely using them in the near future for more projects.

Can’t say enough about this team. They have done tile flooring, wood work, electrical and painting jobs for me. Always professional, courteous, prompt, reliable and honest. Their pricing is reasonable and they are hard workers. They speak both English and Spanish. Estimates for all jobs are free of charge. Highly recommend!

These guys did some painting and laid floors for me, wall mounted TVs and made some specialized lighting installations. A.D made a really nice and professional job each time and cleaned up after their work was finished.

What a great experience it was working with Diaz and his crew. We started with a horrible contractor who’s work was not good. Mr. Diaz came in and turned a disaster into a beautiful work of art. Very professional and thorough with his work and makes sure every detail is complete. I highly recommend A&D for your next home remodeling project and we will continue to use his service.

Uver Diaz and his team are wonderful! We first hired them to completely paint the inside of a house we just bought that needed serious updating. They had to remove built in cabinets and texture walls, take down a ton of wallpaper and texture walls. They did a beautiful job!!
We ended up having them pull up all the floors and install vinyl plank flooring, build new cabinets for the bathrooms and install quartz countertops, they completely remodeled the master bath, turning a shower and jacuzzi tub into a huge beautiful shower. They even gave the kitchen cabinets a facelift by sanding, staining and sealing them so that they look brand new! We could not be happier with our almost completely remodeled home!!!
Uver and his crew are courteous, professional, friendly and on time. They are a pleasure to be around and they take pride in their work.

Uver and his crew were amazing. They showed up on time and did a wonderful job. The owner came out and went over the job. They were able to fit me in the next week. Their attention to detail really sets them apart from other contractors I have used in the past. I will definitely use them the next time I need remodeling, painting, or repairs.

We had AD Painting and remodeling paint our garage apartment interior as well as install laminate hardwood flooring. I can not say enough great things about Ulver and his crew. They are neat, accurate and talented hard workers. They came every day on time and the finished work was excellent. We highly recommend AD Painting and Remodeling!

Uver Diaz, the owner of A &D, was always professional, he came to give me an estimate right away, his prices were reasonable and the work was very good and it was done diligently. I am very satisfied with the work his workers performed. They had to repair a lot of cracks and damage in walls and ceilings and they left them looking like new. They painted walls, trims, ceilings, fireplace brick and built in cabinets. I highly recommend his services. It’s hard to find professional people who will do a good job. I am definitely using his services again as soon as I can move forward with my remodeling.

Great team and great work! Uver is super responsive and ethical. The quality of work is excellent, and in the rare case I’m not satisfied with something, Uver is always happy to fix it in a timely fashion.
He and his team have saved me in several emergency situations — I’m so lucky to have found them!!
He also has great connections to cleaning services, plumbers, etc. which is VERY helpful for a first time homeowner.

Uver and his team came highly recommended for our master bathroom remodel, and they didn't disappoint! They showed up every day and worked hard until the job was complete. They made sure the job was completed to not just their standards, but mine as well. Out of all the contractors we've dealt with over the years, this was by far the best experience!

Uver and his crew were great to work with. The painting looks great inside our house! He helped us pick colors and worked with our budget. You would never know that this beam was bright yellow!! He also sent a team to make sure everything was perfect and did any touch ups. Will definitely use them again in the future... hopefully with our bathroom remodel!

I had original gas stove top 4 burners with down draft vent. I wanted to install overhead vent and change out stove top to 5 burners.

They did a great job and I’m very happy with the end result

Uver is his crew are completing a large job at my home. We had exterior and interior damages. They do it all. We had to get an entire wall replaced, replaced studs, remove and replace cedar siding, insulation, drywall, flooring and painting in multiple rooms. They also repaired a few hidden issues along the way. Uver is fair in pricing and make suggestions along the way. The crew arrives on time everyday, they work diligently throughout the day and clean up before they leave.

It is such a great feeling to be able to tell someone what you want and to get what you ask and pay for. NO pressure, no worries! They do it all!!!!

What a JOY Uver and his team were to work with! We hired them do a variety of projects prior to moving into our new house - repairing sheetrock, filling in wall niches, replacing carpet, painting all interior walls, ceilings, and trim, installing/replacing recessed lights (35 of them!), installing new light fixtures throughout the house, installing 7 fans, re-staining the bannister, replacing plumbing fixtures & a toilet, and I'm probably forgetting a few things. Uver was so responsive, very attentive to his team, completed all work on time, and so very nice throughout the 3-week process.

He even went above and beyond what I expected... we had a clogged sink pipe, and he stayed to investigate so we did not flood our house. We also had a roof leak the day after moving in, and he was able to get one of his guys to patch the roof so no further damage could happen. In replacing our Master Tub Faucet, there were many issues. Uver stuck with the problem to the end to make sure he had the right team and did the job correctly. His perseverance saved my sanity!

His pricing is very reasonable, and his professionalism is superior! I cannot recommend A.D. Painting & Remodeling enough!

Uver and his team do fantastic work, are extremely professional, clean up after themselves and offer a variety of services. I have done multiple jobs w A&D, including installation of hardwood floors, new carpet and carpet cleaning, built in cabinetry, plumbing updates, electrical updates, a bathroom remodel and a kitchen remodel. My home looks fantastic! I highly recommend A&D!

Loving our remodeled outdoor kitchen! We consulted with many companies before hiring Uver (who was recommended by neighbors). His crew was super attentive to details, Uver was frequently on site, and his crew did a phenomenal job remodeling a terrible DIY fire hazard from the previous owners. The new kitchen is solid cinder block and masonry work!

We will definitely be hiring him to come back for indoor work since he specializes in remodeling and painting. Wonderful and ethical small business!
