Great team and they're very prompt to get work done.

In my 25 years representing tenants, I have used CRI multiple times for tenant buildout work. I appreciate the firm's itemized up front cost estimates, their diligence during construction to stay on time and within budget, and most importantly, their follow up after the work is completed to make sure that the client is satisfied.

Capital Reconstruction has completed several commercial interior projects for us. They have well experienced project teams that communicate very well and are quick to respond. They stay proactive throughout the duration of their projects. I would highly recommend the CRI for your commercial interior projects. They're a great team to work with!

This company used to be a legitimate general contractor. Now, they are just completely shady. Has not paid their hourly employees and refuses to pay their subcontractors even after the customer/tenant has paid already. Even so slimy to use "covid" as an excuse not to sign certified mail.

Do not let the old reviews fool you, this company is nothing but a shell of it's old self and will try to survive at the expense of hard-working family small businesses.

UPDATE: This company has filed for bankruptcy and thus their employees will not get their pay and all subcontractors will not only NOT get their pay for labor, but they will also not get reimbursed for ANY materials they purchased for the work they completed.
