Our old 37" TV was dying and we asked JJ what he recommends, and he hooked us up with a 55" Sony TV with a Bose sound bar. Wow ... what a difference!!! He knowledgeablely programmed everything and patiently explained us how to use the remote control. We can highly recommended him and have nothing but high praise.

JJ helped me figure out my needs. RJ led pre-wire and device implementation. The DirecTV tech initially thought there would be implementation hassles, but RG solved those issues. He took extra steps to improve cosmetic issues relating to power and cable wires to the upstairs TV. The Digital Design team was competent and a pleasure to work with.

JJ and his crew installed HDTVs, DVRs, Bose sound system and coordinated all of this with the installation of a wireless internet set up. JJ was involved in the selection/recommendations of the components and the design of the system. JJ is up on everything that is state of the art and gave wonderful suggestions that we had not even considered. He was able to integrate our audio/video system with our computer system as well. Because we were doing some major renovations at the time, he worked with our general contractor to make sure that eveything was properly staged to minimize cost and be as efficient as possible. Some of what we did in terms of the building in of the TVs was tricky, but JJ and his team were always up to the challenge. We continue to work with JJ on adding new things (can you say "slingbox"?) and it is great to continue this long term relationship. This is the second house that we have worked on with JJ and we have been very happy with the results both times. We always knew that JJ was about building a business which meant long term relationships (not just a one shot situation) and creating good will for future referrals. We have referred many people to JJ, all of whom have been very happy.

After my homebuilder tried to sell me on a Control4 system, I did some research and realized it was really not the right system for me. I want technology to be invisible, simple, easy to change, and all easy to control and automate on my phone, and I didn’t see the benefit in a Control4 system now that DIY is sophisticated, abundantly available, and easily customizable. When I met JJ, I could tell he understood exactly what I wanted to achieve. He helped me pick the right products, was able to answer all my questions, and set up a system that works exactly like I wanted it to (TVs, ceiling speakers, wi-fi, security cameras, doorbell, and more). It’s all so seamless, and his team was extremely professional and knowledgeable and took the time to make sure I understood how to control everything. I highly recommend Digital Delight, and will definitely call them again if I ever need any more help.

Customer service is awesome. The installation crew were very professional and courteous and even helped with setting up my T.V. and asked if I had any questions on how to use it.
