Have used this company for years and they are always the best priced in the Houston area. The staff is friendlt and efficient with whatever task you throw their way.

They will dump their fluids in your storm drains, I need to get plates. This a daily occurrence at my apartment complex.

Stains didn't come out. If you have animals, beware, product WAY too strong smelling. Nice people though.

Older Latino man was carpet cleaning at our apt complex above us and he was by far a nuisance. I mean the banging and stomping was very hard vibrating the floor under us. He looked upset or frustrated to be here that day. It was more than just a normal stomp, we thought he was moving heavy furniture and dropping it but the room was clear of any appliances and furniture. When he left i only saw him with a long stem cleaner tool hooked to the van. (nothing heavy that could make that very distributive noise. He didn't have respect for the residents of the complex at all! It was an awful experience me and my family had to go threw. Not a service provider i would recommend. Also dumped lots of dirty water from his machine on our parking spot right in front of my apt leaving hair, dirt, rubberbands and after it dried it left a gross stain with the mess in it.

Fidel came to my apartment to conduct a “mold test”. This test was scheduled through my leasing manager. I requested he arrive at 3. He arrived 9 am with an attitude. He was very rude and did not conduct requested tests. He questioned information I’d given him on the situation in a condescending rude way. I would not work with this company again.
