The prices are very reasonable but make sure you get what they agreed on. One installation tech came out to do the work and did an amazing job installing the carpet.

very professional, puntual and communicated with every appointment or steps in the process. my wife has an appointment with them yesterday for the carpet installation, and we are more that satisfied.

We had them come out on two installations, one with carpet and the other on hardwood floors. They deserve five stars overall for their professional services from start to finish. And of course their prices beat many others including the mega stores.

Very efficient. Very fast. Very reasonable. But the office hours on Saturday is not very convenient.

This was the most unprofessional place ever. I had a 10am appt, then changed it to 1 pm days before they were to come due to a funeral I needed to attend. The people came at 11 am and caused me to miss the funeral! I called the store and they told me they made the time change, but no one communicated that to the installation crew! I would never do business with them again.

Fransisco and his crew installed new wood floors at my project and from the beginning we had issues. The install was not done correctly and there are gaps in the floor which you can see white lines between the floor planks and the edges they cut that were supposed to be tight were very sloppy. When I contacted Fransisco to come back and fix these mistakes “he already was paid in full” he said okay it will be Thursday by 2. He never showed and after several calls and texts he said Friday by 10am. Well, he now isn’t answering any texts or phone calls. I have photos of the work they performed.
