We was really excited with the service provided, because they reach high areas and removed dust and cobweb and dust and wipe in the kitchen top to bottom and they removed water stain spots in the shower door it was invisible before they spend almost 7 hours omg thank you to letty for a really amazing job

We have been using their services for about 6 years now and absolutely love them. They are quick, reliable, trustworthy and do great work! They even deal with our 3 dogs with ease.

Excellent service, they take care of every detail. The manager was on-site working together with them, and making sure that everything was cleaned. The oven was spotless, they even cleaned behind the fridge, and stove. They made arrangements to accommodate to my schedule even though it was a last minute notice. Would highly recommend it.

The ladies at Letty’s cleaning service are beyond great. If I could give 10 stars, I would! I called Cindy, who by the way is always so sweet and helpful, the day before my regular cleaning to ask if my regular cleaning crew can perform a deep cleaning. I also informed her that the crew needed to be done by 1 pm. Not only were they accommodating on very short notice, this company sent extra ladies to clean just so I could make the deadline of 1 pm! Every inch of my home is spotless AND I MEAN SPOTLESS , right down to the window sills and I have a very large 7,000 square foot home. The best part is, they are reasonably priced and everyone is so nice and helpful. Oh and did I mention, they’ve cleaned my house for awhile now for regular maintenance and money and jewelry have been left out in plain sight and nothing ever comes up missing. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to clean my house.

I love Letty! And her staff. They have been cleaning for me for about 13 years. They are careful and work very hard. They have found lost diamond earrings and set them where I could find them, cleaned my windows, MOVED me several times (both packed and unpacked), she has cleaned clients homes and friends homes and one time Letty’s precious aunt showed me how to clean the aluminum walls in my horse stalls better. I love her and the ladies dearly.

We have been using Letty’s Cleaning Services for many years. Her crew always does an outstanding job in our home. They were just here today and the air is so fresh and clean in the house. Our house was terribly dusty from running the heater before they arrived, and now it’s spotless!! My husband and I cannot recommend them enough!

We have been using Letty’s Cleaning Services for many years and will continue to do so. She and her team always are doing a good job, responsive, on time rain or shine and dependable. We have a few specific requirements on how to clean our home and they adhered to that w/o any concerns and really appreciate them for that. I recall when her team was smaller and did an awesome job back then and now even after increasing its size, the quality of work has not changed. I would recommend them for anyone who needs such thorough service.

Disappointed that they didn't come today to clean my home. Left 2 messages but didn't hear back from them. Please help?

These people stoled me blind.

No one contacted me

I’ve used the service for two years. After the first year the crew would change every visit and arrival time was later and later. They are always late. The quality level was also not as good with the new crews. I did my best to look past the consistent tardiness but the last two scheduled visits no one showed up and I had to initiate a call and I’m given an excuse. I wouldn’t suggest this service to anyone. I’m extremely disappointed. I should have found a new crew 18 months ago.

Really bummed to write this one. The service came highly recommended. In a note I asked them not to use my teal wash cloths for cleaning but this was ignored and what I use on my kids was used with cleaners. One time my floors were left dirty in multiple places. I found out they didn’t vacuum so she sent crew back. Today I found several sweep piles left in the home again indicating not vacuuming. They also left a cleaning liquid leaking into my hardwood floors. I was going to try one more time till I realized my silk pillowcases had been tossed in the dirty pillowcase bag where they collect all dirties even though my note specifically said not to change them. I normally dump whole bag in washer to clean them. This error caused me to dump them in wash with other sheets resulting in my Christmas $135 pillow cases being damaged.
