    6 reschedules, on the day they were supposed to show up, they cancelled 5 minutes before the appointment. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM!

    Set an appointment and he never showed! Unprofessional! Would not recommend!

    Owner says no payment details given at time of appt, but I specifically stated it was a groupon and already purchased! What a joke!

    Horrible customer service! I scheduled a tile cleaning service 6 weeks in advance, took off work and moved everything out of all rooms. 5 minutes after scheduled appointment time I received a text needing to reschedule.
