This was my first time using a cleaning service and I loved it! The More Hands team had great communication and they were able to work around our schedule. The team who cleaned did an amazing job and addressed the areas I pointed out. Thank you!!

I used MoreHands when I lived in a loft apartment and they always did a great job. When I moved into a 3-story townhome and our pets multiplied, I was worried it would be an insurmountable task. Other, pricier cleaning services have left traces and I've been disappointed. Not with this efficient and thorough team from MoreHands! They took their time and made sure every nook and cranny was cleaned. They were careful around our zoo and followed our special cleaning requests. What a relief to come back to a service we can trust.

Norma and Leydiana did a marvelous job. They were professional, efficient, and attentive to my requests. I’ve used MoreHands for a few months now and am very satisfied with their service.

I have used More Hands for several years. They are great! I work from home and they are always considerate of my time and consistently do a great job. They always communicate when their arrival will be for the day. Communication is great and very easy with the workers and office. The cleaning job is thorough and even though there are different teams assigned each time they all do an excellent job.

I usually wouldn’t review a cleaning service, however having been a MoreHands customer for over a year I wanted to give them a shoutout. We usually get the same team, and the house is always sparkling clean. Sometimes they miss a few spots but that’s expected in general, can’t always be perfect. What compelled me to leave a review, and recommend a professional service like MoreHands, however, was a recent occurrence. One of the cleaners accidentally damaged something minor, made sure to report it to both me and the back office, and MoreHands went out of their way to make it right! I cannot commend them more for it! Very professional, and relentlessly worked to get the damage taken care of!

Our family has used MoreHands for about a decade. We paused our regular service for almost a year while we were moving/remolding our new house, and when we restarted service all rooms needed a little extra TLC. The team came in and did a tremendous job bringing the house up to standard, really went above and beyond. Very excited to have them back on a regularly scheduled cadence to help us keep the house clean and enjoyable!

I’ve been using More Hands for just about a year now, and I have never once had a bad experience. The team that comes to my house has always been so kind and professional and provides a very quick, thorough cleaning. (They’re also understanding of a busy life with kids and a dog.) Bonus points for being able to schedule everything through an app, never have been canceled on, and getting texts and notifications when the team is arriving, etc.! Love everything about this company, makes my life so much easier!

More Hands is absolutely the best cleaning service on the planet! Trust me I’ve been through enough to know. They are extremely professional, personable, and they really go above the call of service. The team I use is #14, they are outstanding, but actually, I know I would be pleased with anyone that they would send to my home. I have been using the cleaning company Morehands for a few years. The cleaning team has always been very kind, punctual, hardworking, respectful of my home and their attention to detail is excellent. My home is always gleaming when the team done. The main office is very professional too. They respond to emails promptly and help with any and all requests.

Morehands is an excellent housecleaning service. They advise in real time when my team will arrive and as well as if that time slips. The team that has been coming to my house for years is professional and very hard working. On the rare occasion that I have an issue the management team is very responsive. They even have a quality control team that will occasionally request to inspect the cleaning quality. I highly recommend Morehands.

I recently hired more maids to clean my apartment, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional, and I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of professional cleaning.

The booking process was straightforward and convenient. I was able to schedule an appointment online, and the company was very accommodating in finding a time that worked for me. On the day of the cleaning, the team arrived promptly and were incredibly courteous and professional.

As for the cleaning itself, I was thoroughly impressed. The team paid close attention to detail and left no corner untouched. My apartment has never looked cleaner!

Moreover, the entire process was hassle-free, and I appreciated the open communication from the company. They were responsive to any questions I had and ensured that I was completely satisfied with the service.

The MoreHands app is very helpful when making selections/adjustments to an appointment. I also appreciate the reminder texts the week of the appointment and the texts on the day of with ETA.
