So far go experience. I live in the Woodlands, I received a recommendation to use Pools Pro. Initially I was worried about being so far (distance) from the main office, but so far it has not impacted the service level. Their pool maintenance team services The Woodlands area mid week and I was able to get on their schedule. The service has been reliable, the staff are bilingual and very friendly. Their prices for equipment repairs seem fair compared to repair estimates from other companies that are closer proximity. Ownership seems very responsive, honest, & genuine. Give them a try!

Horrible service!!!! Billed me after months of cancellation. They even tampered with my pump, extremely disappointed!!!!

They have no idea what they are doing. It takes me hours to fix what they screw up. I can’t find their license on the States website anywhere.

Terrible terrible service!!! Lazy workers that have an excuse not to clean my pool every single week!! Left my gate open multiple times. Terrible customer service hanging up in my face when I ask why my pool wasn’t clean, refusing to send me before and after pictures of when they “serviced” my pool literally the worst most unprofessional experience ive ever had. Would give negative stars if I could. Pictures are directly after “service” and lady that answers the phone tells me that it must be something g wrong with my pool.
