I have never written a google review.. BUT with the bad customer service/business practices of this company, I had to. I gave 3 stars because I was initially impressed with use of technology by this company and their responsiveness to provide a quote/schedule. Also, Lucy and her counterpart did do a good job cleaning. Now, here’s the rub. I signed up for a deep clean. In the terms and conditions it says “4 hrs, 3ppl”. Well, they showed up with only 2 ppl. Obviously same work, 1 less person, the job would take longer. After 6 hrs of cleaning, Lucy has her husband call me to say because the 3rd person didn’t show up, it took them longer, and after 6 hrs I had to pay hrly. This is literally while they are in middle of cleaning my kitchen with dining room and office remaining. When they showed up they should have communicated it could be longer and cost more and given me option at that that time decide to move forward. Bad business to put someone back against wall to pay more when YOUR employee didn’t show up. The kicker is I am good tipper and would have tipped well over the $80 he charged me and been a repeat customer. The husband was very rude and doesn’t have a customer first mindset especially for issues that are not the fault of the customer.

This company was recommended to me. They did a fair job at my former home (not longstanding service), but I had a problem at a home I just moved to. It was a brand new construction, never lived in home. I wanted a good cleaning to it, before moving items in. The team came out, and that same day, I went to inspect the cleaning. The lower level of the home appeared to have been cleaned (however, as later learned, the floor had not been mopped), and once I went upstairs, it was a different story. Upstairs had not been touched. Dust and debris was left in the showers, sinks, counters, the chrome fixtures were not cleaned. The floors had not been swept or mopped, as debris was on them, bathrooms were not cleaned. Nothing was dusted. I immediately reached out, and of course was told “this has never happened before”. I also sent pictures of the areas of concern and stated that I wanted to cancel services, and that I wasn’t going to pay full price. The company dropped the price in half, and canceled services. Truth be told, I shouldn’t have had to pay a dime.

Everyone wants to charge for a service, and wants to be paid timely, but does not want to provide the level of service required. I keep a spotless home. My mother was a housekeeper for many years, and always kept a spotless home- so I know what to look for. I know when a housekeeping team has decided to be lazy for the day, and assumes that just because someone keeps a clean and organized home, or it is a brand new home - that no one will notice. Well, I always do. It’s disappointing, but I deserve to share my experiences, even when it’s not the best.
