Ventronix came out quickly and handled the whole situation professionally. They removed the nest cleared the entire vent line and installed a proper cap so it could not happen again. My tenant was happy and I had documentation of the service for my records. Ventronix handled a tricky situation with exactly the kind of professionalism a property management setting requires.

The man that came out was incredibly helpful in getting the squirrels out and cleaning the vent. He also installed a heavy duty bird and squirrel guard on the dryer vent to keep it from reoccurring. My tenant is happy about the noise being gone and I am happy to have gotten rid of a potential fire hazard in the house.
