Alief Heating and Air Conditioning has serviced our homes (plural) for about 20 years with the utmost professionalism and knowledge, but also kindness and understanding, at all times. Even now that we find ourselves in a brand new, ready-built home, Alief identified a flaw in our AC system that the builder fixed since it's still under warranty, before it became a problem. I trust and rely on Alief...John is our rock! Thank you all for your wonderful service.

Our AC unit stopped blowing cold, and John came out just hours after the first call was made! Fantastic service, quick response, very transparent, and great results. My first call will always be Ultra Mechanical!

Jeremy has given me the best customer service for over 10 years. He is always pleasant, honest, kind, and is very knowledgeable. Jeremy patiently answers my questions and looks out for my best interests.

Our service rep today was John who is a long time employee of the company and does such a superb job for us that we request his services every time there is a need or annual inspection. He has been doing this for almost 19 years for us and constantly exceeds our expectations. Thus, the long enduring trust we have for John and his company.

i can't say enough about this company's service! They said they would be here between 1 and 3. The truck rolled up- at 1:10. The technician - Mr. John Williams was very qualified and efficient. After 30
minutes, the unit was blowing cold air. The total time he as here was here. 45 minutes. I would and will recommend this firm to any one in need of ac service. Thank you, John!

This company has the BEST staff and work ethics you will ever find. Mr. Mike is great on listening to any issue you are having and try to determine what it may be. Mr. John has been the actual tech that comes out to work on my units. They have been doing the maintenance on my Trane unit since 2010. They truly try to work on your schedule. The original Trane unit I had was a 1993 model. It finally gave out in 2016. I had a warranty company check it out and never come back, well I called Mr. Mike, he gave me 3 different unit sizes, costs and installation dates. 4 days later which was on a Saturday, the crew came out, replaced all of the A/C unit. I got a better and more energy efficient Trane. I'm happy the warranty company didn't come back(which I cancelled) because the new Trane works terrific. Mr. Mike and his staff provides quality products, TERRIFIC customer service, and honest quotes with honest staff. I will not look to any other company. I live in Katy, but they service all over Houston. Thanks for being the BEST at what you do for your customers!! 😊👍

Mike and the team at Alief did a wonderful job of replacing and updating our HVAC system. Mike came to the rescue once with a AC problem in the middle of the summer, to my family's relief. From then on he earned my trust and service. When the time came to replace our system, Alief provided the most thorough and competitive bid along with the dependability of Trane. We could not be happier to have a business like Alief close and they will always be our go to.

Alief Air has been looking after our a/c since we moved to Houston in 1992. They have come quickly in rain storms and blistering heat. They have rescued us time and again when lightening fried the condenser in the a/c. They have always been honest with us - looking for the cheaper alternative when we were prepared for the worst. Mike is knowledgeable and friendly and we recommend Alief Air without reservation of any kind. When the time comes for us to sell this house and move into the old folks home, we will leave an Alief Air card taped to the kitchen cabinet right where we found one 26 years ago. Thanks, Mike!

These guys are so awesome. Heater went out following the 2021 deep freeze. I didn’t expect to get anyone for a week, presuming they would be backlogged. They came the same day. Gabe was a really nice young man. He had to obtain a part, and came back later in the day to finish. Very reasonable price. I’ve used them for years, the quality and reasonable pricing continues.

I have known Mike, the owner, for more than 30 years. He shoots straight and he knows his business. He cares how the customer feels. He recommends high quality ac and heating systems. Fast and reliable service. Edwin was our technician for problems we were having with our AC and he was great to work with. Excellent customer service, he was able to quickly diagnose and take care of the problem. I would highly suggest using this company for all your needs.

Called Ultra Mechanical last week to get the air conditioner serviced. They set an appointment for 9 am the next day. Showed up on time and thoroughly checked, tested and cleaned the air conditioners. We signed up for the yearly maintenance plan as they will come again this fall to do the same with the heaters. Great prompt service at a very reasonable price.

We used them last year for a new Trane and they were great. They did an excellent job protecting our home and the AC works great. Today we called for a service call on an older Trane and they sent a 20 year employee. He got us back up and running for a very reasonable service call. These guys are trustworthy and the kind of people you want working on you home.

As I was home during the day more during the summer, I noticed my a/c ran continually, and my house was never cool. At first I thought it was just the summer heat, but when I got my June electric bill, I knew I had a problem. I called Alief Heating and Air Conditioning and explained my dilemma. Although the lady explained they were completely booked, she told me she would call a tech and see if they could fit me in. I was thrilled when a tech, John, called me back and explained that he was in my neighborhood and could come by that afternoon and at least try to diagnose the problem. I was glad they would be able to get to it that quickly!

When John came, he spent a lot of time in the attic and found the problem. Luckily he had the part on his truck and was able to fix it right then and there!!!! I was so relieved!!! He also said he wanted to check the outside unit to make sure it was working efficiently and that the freon level was correct. I was glad to have the entire system inspected, not just the found problem fixed!

To top it off, the total charge was less than I ever expected! After John spent the time to explain to me the problem, fix it, and inspect the rest of the system, I feared the bill would be astronomical. But it was more than fair, and they did not charge me for having to fit me in!

I will definitely call Alief Heating and Air when its time to repair or (ugh!) replace my unit! The efficiency, service tech, and pricing I received convinced me of that!!!!!

We have been depending on Mr. Holder for our cooling and heating needs now for over 23 years. We haven't been disappointed to date. Service and maintenance have always been timely, thorough and fairly priced. Heath has always been friendly, courteous and very respectful of our property. We consider him a friend after all these years.

We were out of town and our neighbor noticed water coming out of the AC drain. I called the fine folks at Alief after hours and Mike called back later that evening and said they'd get right on it. They checked out our system, serviced it, and replaced the 2 fliters (we have 2 units) all while we were out of town. The total bill was less than $200 and we couldn't be happier. We have used them for many years and highly recommend them to everyone we know. I can't say enough GREAT things about Mike & John and their team - a local, family owned business whose service and integrity are unsurpassed. Thank you Alief Heating & AC!!!

The company I work for has used Alief AC for 20+ years so when it came time to replace my 18 year old unit I knew who to call. I called Mike and told him what I needed and he gave me a very competitive price on a new 16 seer Trane unit. Ron, Arron and Sam showed up on time and was all done in about 6 hours, taking out the old unit and installing the new unit. They did a outstanding job and cleaned up everything. They know how to work as a team. Mike the owner even showed up brought the guys lunch and helped out

I have used Alief heating & AC for years and they have repeatedly offered great services. One of our AC units was not working. John came on time and got the unit working promptly and performed regular maintenance on the other units too. As usual, John is knowledgeable, thorough and trustworthy.

I have been a proud costumer of Alief Heating and Air for over 25 years. Team ALHA just replaced our upstairs AC unit. The did a excellent job and when they left, it was like they were never here. Left the place spotless. If you want a wonderful and honest AC experience, call my friends Mike and John and they will take care of you. That I promise.

We have our main house and a one story rental house for investment purposes. We have asked Alief Heating and Air Conditioning to install new units in both houses. Their work has always been fast, cost effective and excellent. When they say they are coming, they arrive on time. We always feel we can leave the house and it is safe to do so with the Alief people there. We have also had some emergencies with heat on very cold days and air conditioning on very hot days. If I call Alief, they can always find the time in their very busy schedule to arrive and make sure our systems are in good working order. They also provided 0% financing, provided that we pay on time. Alief is wonderful. No question.
