We’ve been using Bazil AC for close to 15 years and they’ve always come through for us. Kathy, Sady, and the whole team is friendly, reliable, and really knows their stuff. Anytime we’ve needed help—whether it’s maintenance, a repair, or just a quick question—they’ve been quick to respond and always do a great job.

It’s such a relief knowing we can count on them to keep our home comfortable and we won’t be taken advantage of. Prices are always upfront and reasonable.

I haven’t—and wouldn’t—call anyone else for AC service. Don’t just take my word for it; neighbors on Nextdoor RAVE about them, too. Highly and unequivocally recommend Bazil!

Responsive to emergency needs (no cooling in summer is an emergency). Excellent service with competitive pricing. Have used Bazil for annual maintenance for AC and heating, as well as troubleshooting and correcting problems (eg. faulty thermostat and capacitor)Also had Bazil replace both AC systems - techs did a great job, as expected, and were careful in keeping our home clean. I highly recommend Bazil for any HVAC work.

Bazil has been working on our cooling and heating for many years. I have asthma, and when the first core comes in, I always need to have heat, or it will exacerbate my asthma. They’ve always been kind enough to help. I wouldn’t rely on anyone else, and their service, kindness, and professional technicians, are a testimony to Morris, the founder.

We purchased a “new to us” home in July of 2024. We had Bazil replace the entire heating and cooling system as well as ALL of the ductwork. From phone consultations with Kathy to Sadie’s on site assessment and installation the entire process was seamless. We received top notch customer service and a business who knows what they are doing with trained technicians. Permitting was handled and the one day install left ZERO mess. Our motto is do it once and have it done right. BAZIL did it right. I can confidently say that almost a year later without a doubt, we chose THE company to do it right. Thank you Bazil! Bazil Airconditioning did an excellent job in replacing my condenser and furnace. Kathy is very easy to work with and the price of the complete system was very reasonable!

I had the best service experience today with Bazil Air Conditioning & Heating. They came out and replaced all the ductwork in my 1 story home. Daniel and his crew were on time, and worked non stop to remove all of the old ductwork and replace it with new. They installed a new media vent, plenum, and a special UV light to control dust and mold. They cleaned up any mess they made. Very professional crew!! Kathy and Ron were very nice and friendly and very easy to work with.

What a great service company! Not many left but this family owned business was fast and prices are not inflated! Tech came out 45 minutes later up and running. No upsell a simple fix with a price I can Afford!! Will recommend to everyone.

Ron was very professional, informative, honest, and flexible. Qualities that are hard to find these days. He was very attentive to our needs and made sure everything was scheduled quickly for the AC installation. The turnaround time was great, and the whole process went smoothly. Overall, we’re very happy with the service and would definitely recommend this company to others.

Apparently my pipe from A/c to sink clogged and needed a very thorough cleaning at the sink area in addition he also found a gasket leak on my sink which could also have created a bigger issue
Prevention the way to go and service within 4 hours!!

I have known, used, and loved Bazil Air Conditioning for years. I believe there is no finer or more financially reasonable service in the Houston area. And it's WOMAN OWNED!! but not "just owned"--she is FULLY licensed and made higher marks on her tests than had ever been done before. She KNOWS her stuff as do all the techs and all are great humans. Bazil goes out of their way to make it easy, do it well done, do it with a smile, and make it as affordable as they can. I called them out today because I thought my A/C was leaking. It wasn't, but Ceasar didn't just say "not our problem" and leave. He helped me FIND MY PLUMBING LEAK! Give them a call. You'll be glad you did.

I have had Bazil HVAC out several times over several years, always a good experience, the tech's are knowledgeable and professional, the owner Kathy is always a pleasure to deal with and very personable and likable, work is done promptly at a very reasonable cost with top brands like Trane and Carrier, overall just a company I enjoy dealing with and would recommend to anyone needing A/C or heating repairs or installation.

Contacted Brazil Air Conditioning when my system stopped cooling and the house was 85 degrees at night. They came the next morning and diagnosed the problem. Gave me options to repair the part or replace the entire system which could be completed the next day. Decided to go with replacing the whole system. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. They were timely and efficient in getting the job done. Would definitely recommend them for and AC or heating needs!

I can’t say enough great things about Bazil Air Conditioning and heat. They are always on time, very courteous and neat and have solved air conditioning problems that I’ve had since I moved into this house six years ago.
