Company is great! Kept me updated on time frame when tech would arrive. My tech was Tony and he explained everything that I needed to know will definitely be using them again in the future.

Antonio was very kind and courteous during the technical setup which led me to book a service repair from the company.

Jose, the technician performing the repair was able to show me what the issue is, told me what he would be doing and we both verified that my issue was resolved after.

Amazing job! They came earlier then scheduled due which help me a lot. The No service charge to come look at the problem is a bonus. They also diagnose my problem fast. They also told me what was needed to fix the problem permanently and ran a technical report. Will definitely use them again and I highly recommend them.

Great service, reasonably priced! Tony G (on-site) & owner Antonio Galicia were both very prompt and professional. Very reasonable price for new indoor AC unit. The installation crew stayed around for at least 30 min following completion (maybe longer) to continue checking temperatures.

ENERFFICIENT replaced our 20+ year old AC system and did a magnificent job. All the guys were easy to work with, especially Antonio. Highly recommend them for their quality of work and very competitive pricing.

Antonio was very straightforward and let me know what exactly needed to be done. The diagnostic process was free! Comfort mates only charges if they actually have to do work. We needed to have the main drain flushed and found the pricing to be very reasonable and Antonio was very quick and thorough with the process. With out a doubt a company I’ll always turn to, and keep turning to!! I did multiple quotes, and they were transparent, knowledgeable, and immediate with follow up. They document everything with photos and walk you though each of them to explain issues and needs at a level anyone can understand. I really appreciate that they make sure to call you and walk you through this. They are very receptive to your needs, and budget and are honest about things needing replacement vs suggestions. Short and sweet, I’ve used them multiple time and will continue to do so. It’s a mom and pop feel, with mom and pop personal attentiveness; a rare find in the big city!

My AC stopped going to the set temp, so I called them and they came out and gave me a free estimate/diagnostic on my AC setup to get it fixed. They did it at the price I was wanting and when I needed it done by which was great because it’s such a busy time right now and they even updated some stuff on my AC free of charge. The job took about 5 hours which is completely reasonable considering how hot it was outside and in my attic. Everyone I talked to was very nice, professional and very respectful to my home, which is very important to me aside from the job being completed. They had to replace my evaporative coil with the plenum, and refill my refrigerant. Would recommend.

Wow Antonio and his team are so thorough. From start to finish they updated me, sent me pics and stayed in communication. They fixed the problem same day and worked diligently until they were done. This is our second visit from this company and we decided to go with a preventative maintenance plan. Antionio explained it would be a big saving in the long run.
They are very professional, cordial, and timely oriented. Antonio was very thorough and made sure you understood everything he saw and found out about the hvac. Also explained the estimate and gave multiple options on how I should proceed, even have financing options. We had a technician, Robert install a new part today and he was awesome! Definitely recommend this company and Antonio as the person to come out and inspect .

He informed me of a different plan for maintenance on my ac system. He explained what the plan consisted of in a professional and informative manner. My upstairs AC evaporator coil and condenser needed to be replaced. Antonio Galecia came over and explained my options and gave me an estimate for the new EPA mandated R454B refrigerant system (which was 2.5 times less than what was quoted by another well-known company, that too for the old R410A system!) and the work was completed the next day.

I would definitely recommend Comfort Mates for any quality HVAC work and am very happy with their work.
