Highly recommend for routine A/C maintenance! Not the cheapest around, but worth the extra. He was very thorough and cleaned everything inside and out. Took before and after pictures, and even took videos to show me my unit and how things worked. Very happy with his work, and will be using him again for fall maintenance.

Mark installed my AC unit 7 years ago and I have been using him ever since. Response time is amazing, especially for the hot summers in Houston.

Mark with Design Air has been my HVAC consultant, installer, and repair expert since 2004. He came highly recommended from a very good friend of mine. His work is professional, timely, and fair priced. Mark and his team have done a fabulous job keeping all my systems running a peak efficiency. Mark also installed two hot water tanks for us when our original ones failed. If you want an HVAC professional that you can trust call Mark at Design Air.

Design Air is a fantastic, honest company. Mark goes above and beyond for his clients and you can tell he genuinely cares about his business and about locating the cause of any problems, as opposed to band aid fixes. Design Air has been my go to since I moved last year. Mark has performed AC inspections, installed HEPA filters and housing units in the attic, and performed maintenance and trouble shooting on my AC units for me over the past few years and I cannot recommend him and this company enough. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!!

Michael and Design HVAC truly are amazing! My parents AC went out in September (high temps around 98°+) and the moment we called Design HVAC. Michael was there to check everything out that same day and had everything fixed the next day to ensure my parents weren’t having to suffer in a hot house for longer than 24 hours. Now, a few days ago my heater went out (low temps around 38°) and again - Michael came to check out the issue same day and got the parts and everything fixed the following day. Design HVAC are life savers and they do everything within their power to make sure you are taken care of as quickly as possible. I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone! They are the best!

I scheduled with a service tech in the morning and he did not show up or call me. Both the design air and tech did not answer the phone. I do not recommend this company.

Mark came out to fix my AC,added 3lbs of freon before he cleaned the coils so that the gages would read correctly.House still wasn't cooling like it was supposed to,he said it could possibly be a problem with my ducts.I asked him for a quote of the price which I never received.I contacted my honest friend who is a ac Guy and he found out what the problem was,coils were filthy,ac was overcharged by 3lbs of freon,and it needed a txv.I was charged $782 by Design Air and my ac was still broke.
