Super friendly people

Will never use their furnace , 3 years of use I already have to spend $500 on labor repairs as they don’t have service centers, yes part is under warranty but that’s nothing compare to the labor which isn’t covered under their warranty, took my case to CS and wasn’t helpful at all. Bad product, bad quality.

Sold my 70 year old mother a broken central air unit that has not worked since day ONE and refuses to fix it! They want her to pay for an HVAC tech to come to the house, fix their mistake and then will reimburse my mother for parts only!! What a joke!! Time to go furher with this!!
