Super nice in explaining what needed to be repaired. Eugene was on time and he worked fast. My AC needed 3 things repaired and he fixed it all and got it running under a hour.

Matt was excellent. He explained what he was doing, what options I had, and what it would cost upfront. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I highly recommend this company. Wonderful in all aspects!

I chose Rizzo Heating and Air Conditioning by it’s good google reviews. I made the right choice. The heat was out. I called and the owner said he would be right over. I was expecting a wait since it was late. Problem was fixed. It was an easy fix and not too costly. We all slept warm that night!!

Thanks Matt for responding to our SOS and arriving at our home within an hour of the phone call. Issue remedied in less than 30 minutes as he is knowledgeable and prepared with parts on the truck. Unit under warranty minimal charge. They installed our HVAC system in 2012 and with the exception of PM services; this is 1st time we needed to call him back! these people are crooks. They belong in jail. Charged us an ungodly amount of money, sent out a guy who's favorite line is that's not my job. Managers won't take calls. Front office refuses to let you talk to anyone with authority. The scheduling is all over the place. And after all that the problem wasn't fixed., I've had to contact my lawyer and a new company to try and get some of my money back. After thier boondoggle of a job.
