I came home after work and found heat not working. I called Universal Heating And Air Conditioning and they came out same night, I really thought I would have to wait until next day- I was so thrilled when they got there an hour later. The technician arrived ahead of schedule. He was personable and completed the furnace inspection in a timely manner. He even tried to help me with a hallway closet door that I couldn't get opened. A very nice man!

Alex was very accommodating and came out the very day I called and was able to diagnose and suggested a replacement. Place is not there

Big liar company. Got appointment 2 times and they never show up

We used this company for AC in our business office. It's still not working properly! It's dumping out hot air into our back office. We've tried contacting the installer several times with no resolution up to this point. Integrity is the heart of your business and we believe you should stand behind your work!
We are very disappointed this issue has not been resolved!
