David is great! Very thorough. He fixed our HVAC issues upstairs.

Responded same day I called. Arrived on time. Kept house very clean. Diagnosed and repaired. All very efficient. Only minor complaint is: My AC drain line was backed up. Technician Lex fixed it very efficiently. It would have been nice if he had vacuumed up the water that was sitting in the drain pan.

David Brown is a highly trained, professional, & caring technician. He, Wes, & the other technicians of ME Brown have always been fair & honest individuals. We highly recommend them!

ME Brown Air Conditioning is the best! They are family owned and are professional, honest and reasonable. I have been using them for 18 years. I would not consider using anyone else. When I first bought this house, I had a leak in the hall from the AC. I had a company quote me almost $800. My neighbor suggested I call ME Brown. Mark Brown came and repaired it for $76. I’ve been with them since.

We purchased our Bryant HVAC system from M.E. Brown a year ago and it has performed beautifully. David came out to do the 1-yr. scheduled check-up. He was very thorough and professional. I highly recommend this company. They do good work and stand behind it.

Great service, David was very thorough and checked a bunch of diagnostics even after the problem was identified. They also were quick to schedule and come out, so we were only sweating for a day. He also made sure everything was working well in the attic on a 100deg day!

We have used ME Brown for over 30 years. Today, we had a unit not working. They were prompt (and texted that they were on the way so I could leave work and meet them. They were as always able to quickly diagnose the problem. They were honestly glad it was something relatively minor, and even when it’s not, I know they are honest and trust their recommendation. Joni T came to service my a/c units and was extremely knowledgeable and gave me quite a bit of information to make my systems run better. In fact I’m surprised others that work for the company have never mentioned this which was disappointing. I will make these changes on my end which should only help my units last longer. Johnny and Germaine were friendly, professional, and very tidy. They did a fantastic job replacing the evaporator coil, making sure the unit was functioning properly and the Iflo system was online with my app before leaving. Thanks you guys!

I love this family owned local company - they are the best for service & knowledge. I normally get David but today Lex came by. He was professional yet friendly, even found an issue left behind by roofers - I really appreciated that level of service. He made no money by telling me that. ME Brown Air Conditioning has been our only A/C company since they installed the original system in our home over 30 years ago. They have installed new units, repaired older ones and handled a major duct repair job when a tree fell through our roof! We always receive excellent service from their skilled and personable service technicians. I can not say enough good things about this wonderful, family-owned and run business.
