I highly recommend P&M AC. In fact they were recommended to me by a competitor. The technician was professional and super nice, and very honest when he finally realized what the problem was. I also gave this company a big thumbs-up/shoutout on the NextDoor APP. The price paid was more than fair too. I'm sticking with them from now on.

Robert, the service tech who conducted a complete diagnostic on my entire HVAC system, did an outstanding job. He was the ultimate service professional as was his assistant. Robert clearly communicated ecactly what he was about to do and why. Afterwards, he succinctly related what his findings were and offered recommendations for resolving the challenges found. I gave the approval and the corrections were expertly made to my complete satisfaction. What ever P&M is paying this guy, it's not enough. Robert and his employer, Mike Maddox so well represented P&M AC so well that I'll not consider using anyone else for my AC service needs and am about to enter into a yearly service agreement with them.

P&M is very professional and always accomodating with scheduling service. For years I have had a service agreement for them to check my systems in the spring and fall. This way I know that I am ready for the air conditioning and heating seasons. Also this is a family business since 1947.

Excellent service from Ismael. The only problem was that I gave him my credit card and signed my life away in at least 3 different places on his iPad equivalent...but then I got an email from P&M Air Conditioning saying that I paid zero, which is not true. I hope the P&M will email me a response confirming that my bill is paid.

We had Robert G come out to repair our HVAC system. He was on-time, extremely professional and very thorough. He took the time to show us what he was doing, why he was doing it, and how it would benefit us in the long run. When the time came to pay the bill, he explained every line item and every cost. The best part - he quickly fixed our A/C and promised to follow up in a couple of weeks!

Robert was the standard to which I will hold all contractors with whom I engage, and expect that they are will be this courteous, professional and capable.

Their Service Technician Ismael was at our house at 7:30 am on a Saturday and diagnosed the Compressor was out. Since the unit was old with R22 Freon, we decided to go ahead and replace the unit. Ismael assured us they could have a new unit delivered Monday morning and installed before
I got home from work. Sure enough, the install was completed early afternoon. I was having problems with my central heat on 11/19 and
Ismael showed up again and fixed the problem. This Company has reasonable prices, friendly Office Staff and great Service Techs. It is a pleasure to do business with them.

We have used P&M Air Conditioning and Heating for more than 5 Years. They have provided excellent service every time. We had a new HVAC system put within the last couple of years. The technicians were knowledgeable and kept us updated on progress. We had one of the owners come for suggestions for providing more AC upstairs his suggestions (the lesser expensive) worked out beatifically. The owners are always responsive to our many questions. Earlier this year, we had the "scrubber" put in and it has decreased the musty smells that occur in an older home. Needless to say, we are very pleased.

P&M are great. Always friendly and timely and as far as my knowledge goes, they do a great job. Once I paid a pretty big bill twice (forgot that I had paid) and they instantly paid it back to me without me asking.

The dual capacitor on the ac unit blew on a Friday night. The answering service was contacted Saturday morning and by 10:30 a.m., the problem had been resolved, allowing my daughter and granddaughter to return home and enjoy a nice, cool afternoon indoors.

I called them in the morning and they immediately made an appointment for me for that day. What I liked is they said they would call you 30 minutes before they arrived and sure enough they do call you.The tech went over and serviced the AC quickly and efficiently. Cost was very reasonable. I will use them again for any issues.

P & M Air Conditioning and Heating is, by far, the best HVAC company I have ever had the opportunity to work with. They are honest, responsive, professional and timely. On a side note, I've been a real estate broker for 48 years so I've worked with a lot of contractors over that period of time. There are none better than P & M!

i have used the services of P & M for several years and have always been completely satisfied. They show up with in the window of time arranged and are thorough and professional. They also clean any mess they; make . I would recommend their company to any of my friends and family.

P and M performs my twice a year maintenance, so when I had an issue with my AC, I called them out. They were there bright and early the next morning.

Here is where it gets interesting: the technician, a NICE guy, goofed and added the wrong refrigerant to my system. Ouch, right?

Well, these guys fixed everything, replacing major components of my unit, and made sure it was running in top shape before closing out the job. No arguing, no fussing. They were honest, up front, customer-service oriented, prompt...exactly what every company should aspire to. They have earned my business for the long haul. Five star service.

AC went out. P&M found the problem quickly. Most of time spent was tech getting part (not his fault as he had to go clear across town). Very professional. Answered all my questions. Gave summary of finding and fixes (I didn't understand much as I'm not geared that way). Definitely recommend P&M. Oh, and great value!

P&M Air Conditioning and Heating were professional and gave thoughtful information and discussion in helping me make a decision on furnace and air conditioner replacement. In spite of heavy rain and restricted space for replacement Joseph and his team were courteous and efficient in installation. The city inspector was impressed with the quality of their work. I highly recommend P&M.

Recently moved to Houston and our new house had issues with the furnace. It took a few calls but P & M found what was wrong with my unit and was able to get it repaired. They have a very fast turn around time and all the knowledge. Will be calling them again if I need any help with HVAC

Had my P & M semi-annual HVAC service this morning. Roy was on time and very professional. Got a good report that everything is ok. My Air Cleaner is working perfectly and I renewed my contract for semi-annual maintenance.
Although my unit is over 10 years old it is in excellent condition thanks to the semi-annual service calls. Couldn't be more pleased with P & M. I would recommend them to everyone.

I started using P&M in the early 80's. First just to keep the system that came with the house running. When we remodeled the store in the early 90's, they put in the new system. Later when we remodeled our present home, in 94, they installed that system too. I was raised in a family business, we took very good care of our customers. The Maddux family takes very good care of theirs.

Can’t say enough positive feedback! From the initial call to the actual service, everything was perfect! Robert met with me today and he knew very quickly why my heat was not working. He explained everything in a way that I could totally understand and he was ver professional and polite and extremely helpful. I’m definitely sticking with this company if a problem should arise with my A/C unit in the future. I definitely recommend this company.
