    Our thermostat was was not making the proper connection with the heating system. My wife and I were freezing. Reading up on the Lennox S-30 thermostat . . . reviews show that this thermostat has issues but Regional Mechanical immediately sent out a tech (Manny) and he figured out the problem and correct it . . . we (wife & I) appreciate the dedication the tech put in to solve the problem.
