I recently had Alan Enriquez and his team install a new central air conditioning unit in my home, along with the removal and replacement of all existing ductwork. From start to finish, their professionalism and attention to detail were exceptional.

Alan took the time to thoroughly explain the process, answer all of my questions, and ensure I understood the best options for my home. His team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and maintained a clean workspace throughout the project. The quality of their workmanship is outstanding — the new system runs quietly, cools evenly, and has already made a noticeable improvement in comfort and air quality.

It’s rare to find a contractor who combines expertise, reliability, and genuine care for their customers, but Alan and his crew did exactly that. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC installation or ductwork replacement.

He got me all set up for a brand new system which I could have installed same day but they came on a Sunday when I was available to install and the guys did an incredible job. Next day phase 2 Royal air installed our mini split a/c & heater. They we very professional and cleaned up after doing an exceptional job. The unit is very quiet and extremely cold air blowing!

Royal Air did a fantastic job! Who knew you could get a system installed on a Sunday? Well i sure didn't. Sergio was great. He was very professional, knowledgeable and explained the mini split system in a way I could understand. And when he said they could install yesterday, i was so happy since it was freezing temps last night. I had my doubts but Royal Air came through. The installers showed up early and were done in 2 - 3 hours. They showed me everything i needed to know inside and out so me and my pup slept comfortable last night. Thanks Royal Air!!

Today Luke came out to to look at my air handling system. It is old and needed some love. I didn’t think that I would be able to get a new system, but Luke made it happen. I was approved with payments that I could afford and got me into a unit that is better than I expected. I will update as the unit gets installed.
Update:

In just under 6 hours, from arrival time to departure, less than 24 hours of closing the deal with Luke, I have brand new system installed and working better than I could have imagined. I am truly impressed with the quality of service that I have received from Royal Air, Air Conditioning & Heating. Simply amazing. The crew was fast, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. They were mindful of any mess and cleaned it up immediately. And of course, Luke is amazing. Without his help, I would not have been able to do this. In my humble opinion, everyone should be purchasing their air conditioning and heating needs from Royal Air. You simply are not going to find better prices, better service or a higher quality of performance than from Royal Air. And just like that, before I finished writing this comment, my house is warm and comfortable. Thank you Royal Air and thank you Luke. You have a customer for life.

Our upstairs was always hot and uncomfortable, and we couldn’t figure out the problem. They installed a new unit and fixed the issue completely. From start to finish, the service was smooth, honest, and professional. Now the whole house cools evenly, and we’re very happy with the results. Highly recommended!
