IVE BEEN USING CHILL ZONE AC AND HEATING 4 OVER 15 YEARS! MY RENTAL PROPERTY AC WENT OUT AND IT NEEDED A NEW AC UNIT + THEY WERE THERE THE NEXT DAY INSTALLING THE NEW UNIT AT A VERY AFFORDABLE PRICE! I HAVE A 10 YEAR WARRANTY ON MY NEW AC UNIT WHICH IS UNBELIEVABLE! MY HOME AC UNIT NEEDED FIXING A COUPLE OF TIMES IN THE LAST 5 YEARS + ONCE AGAIN I CALLED CHILL ZONE AC + HEATING AND THEY WERE THERE 1TIME THAT DAY AND 1 TIME THE NEXT DAY LIKE THEY PROMISED! I REALLY APPRECIATE THE WAY THEY TREAT ME AS A CUSTOMER. I FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE LETTING THEM INSIDE MY PROPERTY AND HOME. THANKS ONCE AGAIN CHILL ZONE! When my AC went out during one of the hottest summers, I was stressed about the cost and how long it would take to get fixed. Chill Zone really came through. Even though they’re based in Houston, they had a technician in San Antonio who showed up quickly, explained everything in detail, and treated me with respect. The repair was done right, and the price was very reasonable, something you don’t always find in the middle of peak season. I’m truly grateful for their honesty, professionalism, and quality service. Appt was set for the day after Christmas at 3pm to 8pm....plans were made to ensure someone was at the home then..A small baby lives there and tenants had to stay at alternate location awaiting appt. Tech calls at 9:30am on the day after Christmas and asks if anyone is home which no one is and we asked why wasn't original window of the appt kept. The lady representive was very rude as well...no explanation of the appt change and why. She said appt needed to be rescheduled but could not offer an alternative time and would not call to let me know when it would be rescheduled. Very unprofessional company that I would not recommend.
