On December 3, 2023, my system wasn't working, so I called Turbo Air Condition. They came out, checked it in 10 minutes, and told me the unit needed rewiring. I agreed, but felt the cost was steep - $350.

Two days later, I called them again on December 7, 2023, to check on progress. The same guy showed up, looked at the system again, and said it needed a heating kit, which would cost $1700. I pointed out that his rewiring job must have caused the problem, but he didn't want to own up to it.

He offered to take $350 off the original price, but I thought that was an insult - if they'd messed up the repair, they should fix it for free. He basically told me he was done and hung up. I ended up calling another company, which did a professional job for much less - $585.

They bring in contractors to do jobs. Replaced my whole heating system, but now I've got problems months after the fact. Turns out they hired someone on the side without telling me, so I'm left with a lemon and no protection - typical LLC situation.
