I had an irrigation system installed by ANOTHER company and they could not get it to work properly. Juan at Heights Irrigation stepped up and had my system working perfectly. Fantastic customer service!

HHID did a great job of installing a french drain and finishing an outdoor eating space at our kids school. They were prompt, courteous and very reasonable cost wise!!

This company is outstanding. I've had my share of dishonest people and bad workmanship. But I took a chance on Juan company and they came out ON TIME and did a great job getting my system back up to standards. They even did a lot of extra things and did not nickel and dime me (like another companies would). he has my business for life!!!

The guys came out to replace my old backflow preventer. They tuned up my system and ensured all the heads were working properly and pointing in the correct direction. Value was unbeatable. I am very happy with HID.

Houston Heights Irrigation and Drainage came over last Friday and repaired my irrigation system. They were on time and made adjustments to my system that I didn't realize needed to be fixed (nozzle adjustment to conserve water and leaking nozzles). They were local and they were on time. They did a great job.

Juan and his team had the right parts available to fix a busted sprinkler backflow during the Houston winter storm. Very quick response and high quality repair. Also provided a fair price during obvious high demand time.

I can't say enough about the work Juan and David did at my house. I had a small leak in my sprinkler system and called 1 hour before closing. They were over to my house and fixed the problem in half an hour. In addition, they replaced two sprinkler heads and repositioned the whole lot to make sure the yard was being covered properly. I think you will be hard pressed to find another company as thorough as Heights Irrigation and Drainage. They will always be my first call.

Huge shoutout to this incredible company. I called at 5:00pm the night of the snowpocalypse in Houston. We had no power, low water pressure and we found out that our backflow preventer was busted. We weren’t able to locate the shutoff for it outside and hardware stores were out of repair pieces. Juan took our job without hesitation and drove over an hour on icy roads to help us. THEN he only charged us $200 instead of jacking up the price like most would do. We are so thankful and will definitely use them again in the future.

Our house in the Heights had a drainage pipe off gutters cracked from tree roots. Juan and team came out and assessed the damage, gave me a good estimate so I gave them the job.
I could not be happier- they came out on time, worked hard, fast and did a perfect job. Dug out roots, put in new pipes and cleaned up after the job.
If I ever have drainage issues, I know who to call now- thanks guys!

Heights Irrigation and Drainage installed a new sprinkler system for me at my last house. The quote was competitive and they did a great job - super friendly and professional. Since then they’ve helped me with repairs after the 2021 snowpocolypse as well as new controller install and modifications this year at my new house. These guys are the best - I plan to continue to go to them for any work I need done and highly recommend to anyone in the area!

Awesome Experience! After aquiring several quotes with other local french drain companies, I contacted Houston Heights Irrigation and Drainage and was extremely impressed with their service, quality of workmanship and price. They were happy to work with my difficult demands as I'm very picky with how things are done. For reference, I live near Rice Military and The Heights and they installed one central pipe with two drains and a downspout from my roof. I would highly recommend contacting them for your drain and irrigation needs.

If you're having issues with your sprinkler system, i highly recommend Juan and his team. They were able to come out to my house quickly, diagnose the problem areas, and have it all fixed by the next day. I'm no expert on irrigation pricing but the price definitely seemed reasonable for the amount of work they did. I'll definitely be calling again if any issues arise in the future!
