We hired Razo’s Landscaping in September 2024 for a driveway and planter project that was estimated to take 4–6 weeks. Nearly a year later, the project is still incomplete. We are left with mismatching pavers and unfinished planters, despite multiple meetings where we were given new “updates” and promised timelines that were never met.

To date, we have paid Razo’s Landscaping and its owner, Fernando Razo, approximately $65,000. Unfortunately, Mr. Razo no longer responds to our text messages or phone calls, leaving us with no option but to pursue the matter legally.

I’m sharing this so none of our Riverstone neighbors have to experience the same frustration, financial loss, and lack of accountability that we have endured.
