Roberto always does an excellent job. He is professional and courteous and even gives me a heads up when he’s on his way. I pretty much never need to call him to come back because the bugs stay away, but if they did come back, he would come and take care of it free of charge which is fantastic. We have been customers since we purchased the house when our kids were small and are very happy.

Mr Timothy came and treated our house today. He let us know ahead a day before coming and 15 minutes upon arrival. He was very professional and took his time to treat our house. He let us know what was the problem and offer us solutions. We will ask to have him as our technician going forward. We would definitely refer Bulwark our friends and family.

Today, my service technician Roberto did an amazing job treating my home. He went above and beyond by even pulling my trash cans in from the curb—one less thing for me to worry about! I've had a great experience with Bukwark. I use them for 4 of my short term rental properties and the experience has been a smooth one! Jason did a great job at my recent service. He did 2 homes side by side and was extremely thorough!

Terry did an excellent job inspecting my home and completing all the work I needed. He communicated his arrival time in advance, took his time, kept everything clean, explained everything in detail, and answered all my questions. He was very friendly and a great listener. I would definitely recommend asking for Terry.

Service call was helpful and fast with somebody coming the following day. Matthew was there no earlier and no later than 9:00 AM. He was super friendly worked fast and always had a smile on his face. This is a big plus for me and would choose a company over the other just for this type of treatment.

Tech named Tim M. came out on a Saturday, which was not a scheduled appointment, I was able to get a same day appointment, thank goodness, cause no other pest companies in my had availability. Tim M. did an inspection in our attic space and helped identify the issue we reported. He implemented some mitigation measures. He was easy to work with and gave excellent customer service.

I had an excellent experience with Jure from Bulwark Exterminating. He took the time to clearly explain why bugs can still be active during the winter months, which really helped me understand what was going on in my home. He was patient, knowledgeable, and very professional.

On top of that, Jure went above and beyond by helping me move some items up and down from the attic—something I just can’t do anymore at my age. His kindness and willingness to help made the whole service feel personal and genuinely caring.

I highly recommend Jure to anyone needing pest control. He’s thorough, respectful, and truly goes the extra mile. It is clear he has leadership in his future!

Terena was incredibly courteous, punctual, and thorough with her work. She took the time to listen carefully to everything we are currently experiencing in our home. She handled all of our concerns efficiently and made sure to follow up to ensure everything we discussed was fully covered and addressed.

Once all the work was completed, she summarized everything that was done during her visit. Terena did an awesome job, and I highly recommend her services!

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Josh! He was incredibly knowledgeable, efficient, and quick to respond—he was at my home within an hour of my initial request. Josh went above and beyond to locate the source of my ant problem and took the time to thoroughly explain everything he did, as well as the future services available to keep things under control. He was respectful, professional, and clearly takes pride in his work. I highly recommend this exterminating service and am so glad I chose them!

We have an infestation of German Cockroaches (yuck) 🤢that we couldn’t get rid of on our own. I had used Bulwark before and was happy with them so I called them back. I’m so happy that I did. Terry Beacom, our exterminator, explained everything to us about what he was doing, found the “hot spots” and took care of the whole house. It’s going to take about 6-8 months to kill them all off with the breeding cycle. Terry is great with our dogs as they are very protective of us but once they sensed he was a good guy all was well. If you want a great technician who’s knowledgeable, honest and friendly and is great with your fur babies Terry is the one you want coming to your house.

Ryan Wellborn provided exceptional service and communication. He came the same day we called and addressed our issue. Ryan was very professional and diligent. Very highly recommend!!!

Jefferson did a great job with our treatment. He communicated his arrival ahead of time and made sure to ask if I have any concerns. He followed up immediately after the treatment letting me know his findings and the treatment he applied. I highly recommend.

We use Bulwark for every other month pest control, and it does a great job keeping ants, spiders, and other critters away. A special thank you to their tech Craig Jelks for being super helpful and making sure the treatment was done thoroughly around our home. Definitely recommend!

We just closed on our first home. Upon arriving, we did notice pest activity. I did some browsing and Bulwark caught my eye. Matthew did an outstanding job servicing our home. I have been a customer for many years and in different cities. Their customer service is great and their technicians are knowledgeable, courteous, and aim for your satisfaction. Shout out to Craig Jelks who did our last service. He was great!

My man Ryan did a great job! Not only did he find the ant nest that have been plaguing me he did what he does and took care of them. A little spendy but if they keep my dogs safe and keep the bugs out of my spot it’s worth it.

Craig did an awesome job on our service; he is really pleasant and explained how the treatment works. We are so relieved to have a yard without fire ants, especially during gardening and all of the time spent outdoors now that it’s not cold anymore.
