Accurate plumbing provides extremely reliable service and sales! They really stand behind their work. Extra thanks for coming out and handling our water heater in the midst of a high demand period!

These guys have completed two large jobs on my house. The first was rebuilding my sewer lines after foundation repair had caused them major damage. It was a long and messy job but it has held up for the last 15 years. The second job was bringing my house up to code during a remodel. The work was excellent quality and they left the house clean each day. About a year later, when I had a small leak near the water heater that they had installed as a part of the remodel, they fixed that under warranty even though, technically, they could have charged me. I will call them whenever I have a plumbing need.

We used Accurate Plumbing to fix all the leaks, we had a total of 5 leaks so you can imagine the job. My husband and I are more than pleased with them. First of all, the workers are very professional we were fortunate to have Edwin and his partner do the job from start to finish. They worked extremely hard out in the sun with the summer heat in Houston and was always mindful of making sure the area they worked on was clean everyday before they left. They even went far and beyond to water the grass in the back since it was dying from the the construction that had to be done for plumbing. They treated our house like their own with care and made sure everything would look like it was untouched. We decided to use Accurate Plumbing because they were able to give us a competitive price versus Herndon & Muncey while doing the exact job. Chip, who was Edwin's boss, even gave us a complimentary fix to our kitchen faucet that was making a whistling sound everytime it was in use, he even had to run to home depot or something to get a small part to the faucet. It's this kind of service that I would 110% recommend using this company and if you can ask for Edwin and his partner (who I don't know the name of) but if not I'm sure their workers are all professional. Thank you so much Accurate Plumbing for your service to our first home!!

As a customer of Chip's and Accurate Plumbing over the past 10+ years, their attention to detail and responsiveness has paid huge dividends for us and our clients. He's helped us countless times in diagnosing, repairing and maintaining the plumbing at over 50 commercial properties in the Houston area. He's always treated us fairly and addressed all concerns or questions we've had.

Chip Chabala, owner, has provided plumbing services to me for more than ten years. He has always completed the work in a professional manner, checked and rechecked his work prior to completion, and cleaned up the areas as a final step. There was never a need for me to contact him post-repair because the work was always done correctly t he first time. I highly recommend him if you have a plumbing problem.

I hired them in good faith to find a leak and repair it. I spent a lot for this service. The leak is not fixed, they will not warranty their service and when I called him to talk to him about it, he was rude to me, raised his voice at me and became accusatory. I would not advise anyone to hire this company

It starts at the top. There was no estimate before hand, just a bill at the end, which after I asked where the cost came from, was met with a defensive, "Well then why don't you tell me what it should be worth?" The men who completed the work were professional and courteous, but they work for a boss who is quick to anger, condescending to customers, and arbitrarily assigns charges for work.

REMOVED FROM VENDOR list. Chip has a bit of a God complex. If you use Accurate you should just trust everything because as a laymen, Chip seems to feel we clearly know nothing.
Over the phone Chip tried to sell me on need for a 2" gas line. When he met me he suggested 3/4" gas line for a situation where 1/2" was code
he was offended that I should ask and had a little temper tantrum telling me he was the professional and that he didn't want to do the work any longer.
The professionals we use are more than willing to discuss different options and explain why our suggestions may or may not be appropriate.
