We have used Capital Care Plumbing for years & they are great. Every tech that has been to our house is very nice. Jared was at our house on Christmas eve & was very helpful & nice. Would recommend them to anyone & have.

We can always count on Jared at Capital Care Plumbing. This time, he helped replace a very old garbage disposal that suddenly leaked water all over our kitchen floor. Jared and his helper came the same day I called -- the Friday after Thanksgiving -- and they brought all items needed to replace the disposal (and upgrade to a better, quieter one!) and three corroded valves beneath the sink which were original to the house. In the process, Jared determined we had another leak that may have been there awhile, so we will follow his advice and have the floor of the cabinet checked and treated for potential mold. We thank Jared for his good humor, his quick work, his professionalism, and his concern in doing the work for us cost effectively. He has helped us with several plumbing issues through the years, and I highly recommend him and Capital Care Plumbing.

James, Jonathan and their team were the dream team! We had unexpected major plumbing issues and they were detailed, always available when needed, and did things with excellence. They get permits with the city which was a HUGE plus for us. They took care of us from start to finish! If you want things done right the first time and amazing customer service, choose them!

Frank came in and unclogged my sink. He showed me how to do it for myself as well in great detail. Be sure to call them if you have an issue he was extremely helpful. Very friendly as well

This is the second time we have called Capital Care Plumbing to our house (for separate issues) and we are more than pleased on the service and professional attributes of all team members that have come out. This time Jared and Jude helped to install a natural gas hookup for a generator but they also checked on 2 other issues for me to put my mind at ease. I had a clogged drain for my washing machine and contacted James at Capital Care plumbing at 7:45am and he was out to my house by 9am the same day. He was so kind and explained everything he was doing. I knew I could trust him the moment I met him. Capital Care is definitely reasonably priced. He did an excellent job and I definitely will call him again in the future if I’ve run into any other problems.

We have used Capital Care multiple times over the last few years. They are very responsive, thorough and transparent. Recently we had an issue with a toilet that was difficult to figure out and the first plumber who came was unable to diagnose the problem. James the owner came out himself to resolve the issue and make sure everything was working correctly. I was very impressed with how quickly he returned my call and addressed our problem. We will continue to call Capital Care when we need a plumber and recommend them to others.

I had Capital Plumbing help get my gas meter set up for a portable generator and replace an old water heater. They provided a free quote, offered competitive pricing, and both techs (Stephen + Cisco) were great.

Mr James came out last night and fixed a pipe in my attic that I tried doing my self. He was super nice and explained while it didn’t hold and literally walked me step by step to fix it the right way. He did a fantastic job and would recommend him if your looking for a great company!!!

I contacted Capital Care for a kitchen sink pipe leak. Frank arrived on time and listened to my problem and quickly diagnosed that the issue was from the faucet which needed replacement. Frank provided detailed answers to all of my questions and quoted fair and reasonable pricing, at which I also replaced my failing garbage disposal. The service I received was the result of prompt, professional and awesome workmanship.

Had a wonderful experience today with Jared and Shelby! They were absolutely fantastic and super knowledgeable. They completed the fix in no time and had our water back up quickly! Great company - will be using them from now on!

Thank you, Jared, for your excellent service. He did a thorough job of explaining the issues with the garbage disposal and the steps needed to fix it. He pointed out that the previous installation ( by my ex-husband) did not involve replacing the hoses, which ultimately caused the new disposal to break. Jared replaced everything, and we truly appreciate his honesty regarding the necessary repairs. Since then, we haven’t had any issues. I’ve been a loyal customer of this company for years and will continue to trust them with our plumbing needs.

Capital Care service came in a very timely manner, were very courteous and knowledgeable. James was so courteous and helpful in dealing with our problem. He took time to listen to me and explain what the problem was. Very fair pricing and wonderful care and service! Will definitely call them whenever I have plumbing problems.

Had a garden hose stuck on a hose bib. Needed to cover it before the upcoming freeze (Feb 3rd, 2022)......... Tried to remove the hose with Channel Locks and had the hose bib "explode" and start spewing water all over. To make things more interesting. The hose bib was also in line with the main water line feeding into the house. (A horrible design idea by the way!) James and Zee with Capital Care Plumbing ended up working out in the cold that night but did a great job replacing/repairng the line. If you need a plumber for an emergency or non-emergency, these are the guys to call!
