No overnight parking. Come in off of Tidwell and have to blindside back into the lot. Not that hard if you take your time and set up properly. Also, had a guy watching and helping some. Nice people.

Over price

Their customer service is trash. The front desk personnel need to learn what customer service is. That's the basics.. and that's sad
