Fantastic repair! Tech repaired the section of pipe better than when it was installed new. Once again I am impressed with the value of Roto-Router work while being cost competitive with other companies.

The service provided was excellent from start to finish. Our technician, Joaquin, was professional, knowledgeable, and truly took the time to understand our plumbing issue. He clearly explained the problem and walked us through the best solution. What stood out most was how efficient and affordable the entire process was—there were no surprises, just honest, quality work. Joaquin’s expertise and attention to detail gave us peace of mind, and the problem was resolved much faster than we expected. I would highly recommend this company, and especially Joaquin, to anyone in need of reliable plumbing services.

I have had several company’s out. But Adam and Mike explained and broke everything down and made the process very simple and easy going! Will be calling and recommending.

Chase helped repair a washer cut-off valve that was corroded and needed replacing. Quick dispatch/arrival, reasonably priced, and craftsmanship and knowledge were great.

I've had to call them several times this year, sometimes during the same month (to no fault of their own). Each technician was beyond professional and really respectable. Chris had to come more than once, and he always showed with a smile and ready to work. They have really knowledgeable technicians and is the only company that was able to help me same-day each time.

We had a main line clean out the Sunday after Thanksgiving holiday. Chris was so kind and patient. We were worried the issue was going to be more severe, but he reassured us that he was going to do the best he could. Problem resolved with minimal expense.

I contacted the company after getting screwed over by ARS. When they arrived they were overly professional and had a great understanding of what was wrong. They provided great service and assisted with providing a great price for the work they did. Adam was awesome and couldn’t ask for better service. Juan and Damien were so helpful as well and appreciate everything they did. I would definitely use the company again.

An excellent experience. My main drain line clogged on Thanksgiving weekend — and even in the pouring rain, I had a tech at my house within an hour. Chris was professional and thorough. He successfully cleared my drain line and saved the day.

Really needed to have someone come and help with a leak that was resulting in water getting everywhere. Roto-Rooter was able to get a technician out to my house with a couple of hours after submitting for a scheduled visit. The fix was quick and painless.

Eric from water restoration was awesome! (This is an understatement) This is the first major issue I have ever had on a home, and his knowledge and guidance was invaluable. My house was completely flooded by a burst water supply line. He arrived exactly at the scheduled time, and got the right guys on the job! He was able to explain things in a way that was easily understandable, and quickly addressed any and every concern that I had. Even after he had left the house for the night, he made sure I knew what was going on, and the next steps that needed to be taken. He kept an open line of communication at all times in the following days while work progressed and really went above and beyond! Thank you so much Eric!!!

Chase was great at communicating the issue with my running toilet. He was courteous and respectful of my home. The pricing for my repair was great too.

Everyone from Roto-Rooter was amazing. Beginning with the field rep Michael and continuing with Edgar, Christian and Bryan. They were all respectful of people and property and literally went above and beyond. Everything was explained completely so we knew what to expect. They all deserve more than five stars! We placed a request to have them clear up a clogged kitchen drain. They promptly got us into the schedule and were even able to get here earlier than expected.

The plumber, Adam, was skilled, courteous, and thorough. He listened carefully as we discussed the issue that lead us to needing his help. Then, he helpfully walked us through everything he needed to do to resolve the issue as well as other steps he would take to make sure it wouldn’t happen again anytime soon. In no time, he was done and everything was running perfectly again.

Icing on the cake: the final price tag was fair and a great value as a homeowner.

10/10 would recommend to anyone needing plumbing work.
