I called Santiago plumbing for a commercial job and they were awesome! Then during the hard freeze of February 2021 all my pipes froze and broke, even with all the people needing repairs at that time Santiago stepped up and got EVERYTHING repaired not on in my home but also at our church. WOW, these guys really came through for us! Brandon rocks and his prices are fair. Santiago Plumbing is my go to company for everything having to do with plumbing now. Thank you for always going the extra mile!

I truly appreciate the assistance that Santiago plumbing has always provided. They came out and fixed my pipes after the freeze we had a few years ago, and they recently came out to help with a leak that we were having trouble locating on our property. They always answer any questions I have, and are very thorough when explaining the work that needs to be done prior so that there are no surprises. If they encounter any other issues they will also inform you before they do anything. I appreciate their reliability and assistance and highly recommend them!

I contacted them, pre-covid-19, to assist me with a residential home bathroom (update plumbing) and to relocate kitchen from one location to another (piping of new location of kitchen). I was informed that everything was complete and I could proceed with my renovation of the home. However, Covid-19 came along and I had to stop all construction at the home. After a year later, I started with the renovations once again. The city of Houston permitting informed me that the scope of the work being done needs to be permitted. I pleaded with Santiago Plumbing to please assist me with this task since I was falsely informed that the permits for rough inspection were completed. I have 3 months waiting for a response from them. I regret doing business with them. I was misinformed on the idea that they had done the permits and completed the job.

One of Santiago Plumbing’s drivers was operating a company van in the Home Depot parking lot in The Woodlands this afternoon. The driver pulled out of a parking space and accelerated directly into the main traffic lane without yielding, nearly hitting my vehicle and almost causing the driver behind me to rear-end me because I had to brake suddenly. I could clearly see that the driver was on his phone and not paying attention. When I honked to avoid a collision, the driver responded by giving me the middle finger and continued driving despite not having the right of way. I immediately attempted to call the phone number listed on the back of the van twice to report the incident and was sent straight to voicemail both times. This was extremely unsafe, unprofessional behavior. I will not be using Santiago Plumbing in the future and will not recommend them to anyone. For reference, the van’s license plate began with the letter “X.”
