Keith Carter helped us take care of water heater issue. He is very knowledgeable, and did an excellent job. Was very professional and courteous. I felt he went beyond the call of duty to make sure the job was well-done.

Keith came out on the same day for a non-urgent part replacement on a water heater under manufacturer's warranty, and he did so with professionalism, clear and prompt communication, and precise instructions on how to best maintain the heater for smooth operation. I will definitely use him for any future needs.

Javier was professional and took time to explain the issue with the water heater. Additionally, the punctuality was impressive! Both times the arrival time was on time and the window given was only 30 minutes. Keith was friendly and helpful through the whole process of working with my home warranty company. The installation of the new water heater was schedule immediately after the home warranty company approved the claim and was done quickly and professionally. I will be using South Texas Piping for my future plumbing needs!

We had a problem with our water heater, which another company had installed. Rheem sent South Texas Piping out to replace it. They clearly explained the issues, and I got them to fix another leaking pipe while they were here. Polite, on-time, quality work.

Steven from south texas piping is very helpful and skillful. He came onsite for diagnosing and called Rheem for parts to replace. After the parts come, he replaced and fixed the problem. Very efficient and highly recommended his service and the company!

I would like to start off with how great this company is. I had an appointment for 4pm and Keith the owner showed up at noon as requested if he could make it earlier. Then the service was phenomenal. You could tell right away he knew what he was doing. It was just warranty work from Rheem, but I would highly recommend using him for any of your plumbing needs. He will definitely be our new plumber when we need one. Thx again Keith for the timely and awesome service you provided for my wife and I.

We had an issue with a newly purchased water heater. The manufacturer referred us to South Texas Piping for repairs. I was able to schedule the service call on my next available day off. The tech was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. He was able to troubleshoot and repair our water heater in a timely fashion. I would definitely recommend South Texas Piping!

South Texas Piping stands up to their good reputation. They were very punctual and professional. This our second time to use them and both times were equally as positive. Steve was very knowledgeable, took time explaining things, giving his professional advice and answering all of our questions. We had to have our hot water heater replaced. They were able to come out the next morning after I called for installation. I definitely recommend them for plumbing services.

Keith was absolutely amazing. He was able to come same day and fix my water heater problem so swiftly. He was very informative and what the problem was. Definitely would recommend and use them again for any other issue I have in the future.

Recommend Keith and his team definitely for hot water heater replacement. After spending the Christmas holidays without hot water he was able to do the install the same day. Did not make me feel pressured to let them do the job and explained the breakdown of the charges. He was knowledgeable on how to make sure the new unit will last.
Hopefully won’t have any other emergency situation in which I would need his services but if I do he will be the first person I would call.

South TX Piping provided prompt and superior service. My water heater went out late one night and water was all over my backyard. I called several 24 hr services, however no one answered or responded to my urgent voice mails which was very disappointing. The next morning, I searched for plumbing services in my zipcode and found South Texas Piping who answered the phone immediately.. There was no waiting or automated system to defer my call but a live person who promptly scheduled my appointment. My Technician, Keith was professional and courteous. He explained the job in detail and provided a quote that was lower than other bids. I quickly authorized my work order with them.. The scooe of work included an analysis estimate, dismantling and hauling off of old heater and installation of the new one. After the job was completed, my technician also cleaned up afterwards. The company van contained their logo and decal as well as my technician uniform shirt. I was comfortable as soon as I met him which is very important when hiring contractors!

I give South TX Piping a 5 STAR Rating. I recommended them as your default plumbing provider for your plumbing needs.

Just serviced my tankless water heater. Did an excellent job. Initially sounded like a jet engine, but when Stephen was finished it was very quiet! Excellent work and excellent customer service.

Kieth is great to work with very humble, friendly, patient, knowledgeable and professional. One of the best I have seen so far. My water heater has been fixed and he acted very promptly to accommodate in his busy schedule during this cold winter time. Thanks.
