Had my system installed during the summer heat wave. The crew worked in 95 degree weather and never complained. They finished a day early! The Jinko Tiger Neo panels with Solaredge optimizers have been crushing it. Even got a thank you card after installation nice personal touch that you don't see anymore.

I lost my job during the pandemic and was terrified about losing my house. Solar seemed insane to think about, but the monthly payment through their program was less than my electric bill. It actually improved my budget during the worst time of my life. Now I'm back working, and the savings are helping me rebuild my emergency fund. The Jinko Tiger Pro panels have been trouble-free for 11 months. Sometimes you have to invest in yourself even when it's scary. Best decision I made during a dark time.

Dec.2/2025 - I reached out to Faris Atal at IntegratedSun Solar the evening of Dec.1/25 when I noticed that one array of solar panels at my home was not functioning for few days. Faris diagnosed the problem and had the repair tech resolve the problem the next morning, Dec.2/25. Issue was with the breaker in Enphase box. Very much appreciate Faris’s initiative, prompt follow-up and technical assistance.
July 2025 - Outstanding technical & customer service by Faris Atal. Integrated-Sun installed my home solar system about 3 years ago and it has worked very well with no problems. Recently an array of panels stopped worked, called customer service and was assigned Faris Atal, who very promptly followed up with me, did some troubleshooting over the phone / on-line and assigned a technician who came over the same day and resolved the problem. I have no regrets purchasing solar system from Integrated-Sun few years ago and my first service call to them was professionally and promptly resolved by Faris. Also appreciate Faris's follow-up call the next day to ensure system was performing well. My many thanks to Faris and the tech for the great service!

I was very pleased with Integrate Sun. Their prices were very competitive and my project manager Aryan Lee helped me through the whole process of getting the system designed, installed, inspected and operating. 5 stars.

I would have given 4.5 stars but given there is no 0.5 stars, I am rounding it up to 5.

Overall IntegrateSun has successfully navigated all the paperwork (in California) and finished the installation in time before the tax benefits are taken away.

The project took a while as the paperwork, supply-chain, installation-team scheduling required their due time.

The PM Harry provided weekly updates and when he was away his teammates covered him. Installation team made some mistakes which they tried to rectify later.

My husband passed away last year and left me with a huge electric bill from his workshop. I didn't know anything about solar, but the consultant sat with me for over an hour explaining everything in simple terms. Never once did I feel pressured. They designed a system with Axitec panels that covers my usage, and I finally feel like I can breathe financially. The installation crew was so respectful of my property. I tell everyone about them.

I'm recovering from cancer treatment and needed to reduce stress in my life, including financial stress. The team worked around my treatment schedule for the consultation and installation. They even rescheduled twice without complaint when I wasn't feeling well. The BYD battery backup gives me peace of mind during my recovery. The monthly savings help with medical bills. They sent a care package after installation. These people have hearts. The Longi panels are just a bonus.

We bought our dream home but it came with a nightmare HOA. They rejected our first solar application because of ""aesthetics."" IntegrateSun didn't give up - they redesigned using all-black Panasonic panels in a different layout, prepared a detailed presentation about property values, and attended the HOA meeting with us. Approved on the second try! They fought for us when they could have just walked away. System has been producing for 6 months, and even the HOA president admitted it looks good."

We've had the system for about 4 months now and I'm really happy with it. The installation took longer than expected because of some permit issues with Cobb County, but once they got started it was smooth. Bills have dropped significantly!

I had a great experience with IntegrateSun LLC for my solar panel installation. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and well-managed.

Big shoutout to Hamza Hassan, our Project Manager, who did an outstanding job from start to finish. He was always responsive, knowledgeable, and made sure everything stayed on track. His professionalism and attention to detail really made the difference.

The installation team was on time, respectful, and completed everything as promised. The system has currently been inspected and approved by our county officials. We are now just waiting for the final PTO from the utility company.

If you're considering going solar, I would recommend IntegrateSun—and ask for Hamza if you can!

Integrate Sun was great to work with and their installation was well done. We had a 14.7 kWh system installed which was 36 410W panels with a heavy up for our electrical panel. They did a great job of recognizing some issues with the initial design and accommodating that by changing the solar panel arrangement and increasing the panel wattage so we didn't lose the total KWh.

Habiba Jokhio was great to work with and she kept in constant communication to keep us updated on the project. She was able to accommodate our wants of a clean install with minimal conduit runs.

We have had about five months of production and it is inline with their original generation numbers. I highly recommend using IntergrateSun for any Washington D.C. installs you are considering.

The Powerwalls were back ordered but she was able to find some on a cancelled job out of state and have them shipped for my project. Follow-up on issues was good. Overall, I am satisfied with the Quote process, installation of the equipment and the performance of the system.

If my memory is correct, when I first submitted my information through EnerySage I had requested quotes on systems that would completely offset my monthly/yearly energy usage with full home backup.

Integrate Sun's quote stated that the system would offset my energy usage by 110%, which it may do, but I also took this to indicate that I would have full home battery backup, which at this point I only have partial home backup.
I contribute this to me not knowing all of the questions to ask so that I fully understood and Integrate Sun probably should have done a better job of explaining to me where the shortfalls would be and what my options where. This is not really a complaint, more of a suggestion for future reference.

Again, Overall, I am satisfied with the Quote process, installation of the equipment and the performance of the system.

I would also like to mention that once we got past the Oncor utility upgrades that were required prior to beginning the installation, the installation process was very smooth and quick.

Border town with intense sun year-round. Solar made sense for us financially. EPE net metering is straightforward. Installation crew spoke Spanish which made my parents comfortable since they live with us. Good experience overall.

It was a stressful and hectic year for solar installers, but the team at IntegrateSun were fantastic, including Sam and Allen, and especially the PM supervisor Areej. She really stepped up to the plate and hit it out of the park! Her communication was excellent and she was always very prompt and professional. She was consistently responsive whenever issues arose, handled them efficiently, and made sure I was always informed and had a clear, honest understanding of the situation. With the FTC credits coming to an end this year, I had my doubts they would be able to procure the panels and complete my installation by the end of the year. I appreciate Sid, my PM who worked tirelessly to overcome supply chain issues and a very full installation calendar and have my project completed. Installers were phenomenal as well, they worked Sunday and even Christmas day. So thankful for everyone at IntegrateSun that made my project successful.

Im extremely happy with my solar, the installation and communication thru out the entire process. I ended up choosing IntegrateSun. I will say l am happy I did. Being new to solar, I was unsure of the process. Hamza gave me weekly updates, he explained each step and the next step.
I always knew where we were in the process. Also the installers were very nice and also explained a few things to me. The service, the installation, the panels, and my tesla powewall 3, all exceeded my expectations!
