What a great experience. The process and final product exceeded our expectations. Mike C. did a great job on the design and captured exactly what we wanted. Everyone at HCP was very professional and easy to work with. They also completed everything ahead of schedule!

My wife and I chose HCP from several suggestions from co-workers and personal interviews. This is our first pool and we wanted to get it right from a quality standpoint and value. Since we were new to this there were a few changes made along the way, but each time it was effortless. Mike C, Mike L, and of course Miguel and their teams of contractors made the vision come to life. We're very happy with the final product and have already spent countless hours enjoying and learning about our pool and will for many years to come.

I couldn’t be happier with the planing and the construction work by cool pool. Of course I knew that since they built a pool for my son and he was very pleased too. Mike Lopez is so great. I changed the design and features few times and they were very understanding about it. After we finalized the plan and city permit the construction was very quick.

Cool Pools installed our pool with an awesome fountain 5 years ago. Recently bought new house needing a heater added- did a great job, installed in 1 day!

HCP is a fantastic pool company. They installed my pool in 2020. Very professional job, and an amazingly gorgeous pool. Even better, they have been super responsive/helpful ever since (Mike...Jake...Sarah...Miguel...they're all great), and very reasonably priced for their services as well. Can't recommend them highly enough.

My husband and I chose Houston Cool Pools because of Mike Lopez, the owner, who visited our house on a cold rainy day right after Christmas when everyone else was telling us they were on vacation. The dedication spoke volumes immediately. Mike was honest, thoughtful and straightforward without ever overshooting our budget at any point throughout the quoting process or construction. The project was a huge success and we are very happy pool owners. The project did take a little bit to get off the ground once we all came to an agreement but once it was started, it was managed by Miguel Sosa who is one of the best project managers that we have had. Miguel was very passionate about the entire process. He would show up after a long day in the sun to make sure the "little" things were taken care such as trash and any inconveniences that you may have in your backyard. Knowing Miguel is a family man, my husband and I were very appreciative that he would work after hours to ensure success of our project. Miguel kept all of the contractors in line and would go up to bat for us when we did not think that something was correct after installation. Miguel would call the contractors out if he felt like they cut corners or did not do quality work. This did not happen much, but we did notice that Miguel does not settle for mediocrity. Overall, the coordination of the vast amount of contractors (gunite, plumbing, tile, equipment, etc.) was pretty seamless with Miguel in charge. Only due to weather did we ever have delays and by the end we met our timeline that we set out for at the beginning. We are happy pool owners and would recommend Houston Cool Pools to everyone!

We interviewed a few companies before choosing Houston Cool Pools to build our pool last year. We made the right choice. The quality and professionalism from everyone at HCP was top notch.
People talk about good service but even after a full year, we still find HCP to take the time to help us with questions. We could not be more pleased with the results. This has been a game changer in how we use our back yard.
This was a custom design and HCP worked with us to tweak it until it was just right.

Fantastic services and very helpful in every pool need you might have. They were able to get parts quick and make sure pumps were repaired before they would have costly replacements.

Houston Cool Pools did a fantastic job. We told them what our budget was and provided an idea of what we like. Mike was very patient and helpful and was great to work with throughout the design process.

They took care of everything from design, permitting, construction and follow-up and never once did we ever have a less-than-positive feeling.

Their follow up after the pool was installed has been very thorough. Matt came by and did our "pool school" training and spent about an hour teaching us how to maintain our beautiful new pool.

We looked at 3 companies to build a pool in our backyard. John, at Houston Cool Pools, along with Mike, Veronica and staff far exceeded our expectations. One other company was good, and the other company spent little time at our home and then took too long to get back to us. John spent almost 2 hours at our home on his 1st visit; and he helped us realize we could have much larger pool than we thought possible. He took all kinds of measurements then went and designed a beautiful workable pool/hot tub, which met our families needs and desires. No other company took the time to consider all the challenges our yard had, like the placement of underground power lines etc. Their answer was: just build a smaller pool. John then, also, added fun features to our pool/hot tub, like bubblers, fire bowls and a table which is in the pool, (where I personally love to sit and read); plus a beautiful deck around the pool. It was a rainy winter/spring when our pool was built, but they got the job done; and as the pictures show-it turned out stunning! What is, also, almost most important, since having the pool installed, Houston Cool Pools has continued to provide excellent customer service and help with any types of issues we have had with the pool, hot tub and fire bowls.

After shopping well for a long time, I made the decision to purchase at Houston Cool Pools, and have been most satisfied. The staff is details oriented and goes out of their way to address questions and concerns. I seek their advice on all that I buy now.

Amazing!!! I would use them again and again!! We got taken for money by our first pool company we hired. Miguel and Houston Cool Pools came in in the middle of a horrible problem and fixed it all up!!! Can't thank them enough!!
