All reviews for Moon Valley Nurseries

John spent all the time it took to find the perfect trees for us. Got to know us and our goals, answered any question with grace and knowledge, and told us to call anytime in the future. The whole team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and help us make a good decision.

We purchased a more mature tree from MVN. It looks great in our yard. The sales process was quick and easy. The planting crew was professional and fast. We did have a minor issue and MVN was responsive and got it fixed the next day. It's great to find a business that is responsive and helpful. Their selection is great. They have huge trees if that's what your looking for.

Paul , his staff and Christmas Trees are second to none. Professional, friendly, first rate customer service. I run a non profit ministry that services CPS children who live in Residential Treatment Centers. This is the 3rd year in a row Moon Valley has partnered with us. Many of these children have never had Christmas Tree. Paul works with myself and my ministry enabling us to afford their beautiful trees.
Please consider Moon Valley for your Christmas Tree and all your plant needs.
These folks deserve your business.

We began working with Moon Valley in the spring of this year. We had a landscape plan but not settled on the specific plant materials. They were a great resource to choose materials that were appropriate for each location while realizing our vision.

They planted all the beds and have stood behind their promise when any individual plant failed.

We signed up for a series of injection feedings to ensure the new plantings would thrive. Moon Valley is great about getting those feedings scheduled. Their technicians are on time, knowledgeable and professional.

The store is well organized, and everyone is friendly and helpful at this location. A special mention to John D, very professional, approachable, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure customers are taken care of. You can tell he truly cares about both the plants and the people. Great experience every time I visit!

This was such a great Christmas tree picking experience. From the help to the fun. Our kids enjoyed some Christmas craft making while we looked for the perfect tree. Everyone was so nice. The start of a great Christmas!

Nico and his crew did an amazing job today replacing my queen palms that got blasted during the past winter. Last year they planted sables and queens. The cold weather was not good for my queens. However I purchased insurance on the palms due to past experience. They replaced my queens which are beautiful. I have nothing but high praises for the palms and the installation crews are professional and do an amazing job. Thanks Nico and your crew. 👏👏👏

Recently moved to Texas and learning how to care for my newly planted Italian Cypress trees. Bryan K was extremely helpful over the phone and in-person at the store. Great customer service. He was knowledgeable and took the time to help me in my best attempt to NOT KILL six new trees! Haha! =)

This place is amazing. They have the best staff and managers. They stand behind their products and provide excellent service. A big shout out must go to Paul! Paul is our expert tree expert. He is responsive and knowledgeable. He helped us find everything needed! I wish could rate higher than 5 stars! 💥✅💯

Jared greeted us with a smile. Asked about our trip there if being our first time or not. What made us come in and other things. We started talking about the trees and plants. He answered all the questions I had that came up during our conversation. Even looked into our HOA policy to see if we could have certain trees, was not expecting a call back so soon let alone so quickly. He looked into the HOA policy and gave me an email with the policy and did the digging so we didn't have to. And very promptly gave me a call back very quickly too within an hour after leaving the store. Definitely recommend both the store and Jared Brighi. And we left with a few different plants and an Orange Tree

Moon Valley Nurseries in Katy is AMAZING! The selection of trees and plants is top notch, but the real standout is Tiffany. She took the time to understand what I wanted for my yard, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process stress-free.From choosing the right trees to coordinating delivery and planting, she went above and beyond. Tiffany even followed up afterward to make sure everything was thriving. If you’re looking to transform your yard, ask for Tiffany—she’s the BEST!

The guys at Moon Valley Nurseries off Katy Freeway are the best! Bryan helped me make the right decisions to make sure my plants stay healthy for years to come. I was also interested in a couple of other services, and Bryan didn’t hesitate to get the info I needed to get that going as well! Great service, good prices & people who care mean a lot

Best possible experience in buying a tree. Very professional company that understands customer service. Shout out to Jason, Steve, Guzman & his crew, and Ben! Highly recommended!

I want to take a minute to thank Clinton. He really is an outstanding landscape designer. From the very beginning, he was professional, thoughtful, and gave me really good ideas for our home project.

You can tell Clinton genuinely cares about creating a space that not only looks beautiful but also works well for your home and lifestyle. Will definitely be back for future projects!

Bryan did a great job, helping me pick out Some trees for my front yard. Very professional & honest. He has amazing ideas. My experience with him was phenomenal From start to finish. Recommend him to everyone I know.

Moon Valley is wonderful we have been getting our tree here for the last 5 years. There is a beautiful selection of trees for Christmas. They always offer coloring for the small kids and hot chocolate. The staff is super helpful and we wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Bryan was very helpful with our landscaping project. Everyone here is knowledgeable and easy to work with. The process took some time, but Bryan made sure to answer all of our questions as we narrowed down what would work best for our layout. We’re very happy with the results and looking forward to our next project!
