Renato did an amazing job

I have used this company for 9 plus years to clean out the grease trap for my business Hummingbird Tearoom & Bakery. They have always been responsive and have been very good at accommodating our cleanup when needed outside our scheduled cleaning. The office staff and the technicians for the clean are polite and professional.

Used to be a great company. Services for Houston location going down hill. Recently just realize they only pump half of grease and manager refused to acknowledge wrong doing. Manager also refused to correct their problem after 5 times attempts to get them clean again and refuse to do so. 4 years business with them end in a bad note.

Just ran a technician of theirs off of my property less than 20 minutes ago. Tech walked in and said that the City of Houston Health Department sent him to clean my grease trap.
My restaurant is in Harris County and under Harris County Public Health Department jurisdiction. I already have a company I use for my grease trap and recently had it pumped less than two weeks ago.
When I asked him to leave, he proceeded to run over my parking blocks and damaged them in a parking lot designed for Semi Trucks to turn around in.
Are they so desperate for business that they feel they need to scam people???
