We had a leak in our second-floor bathroom, and Andrew, the owner, personally came out to assess the situation. From the start, he was incredibly honest and transparent with his evaluation. He wasn’t price-gouging and even recommended considering other providers outside his company if it could help us save money—something you rarely hear these days.

He was very accommodating over the phone, took the time to explain everything clearly, and never pressured us into filing an insurance claim—unlike another company we contacted.

This is a genuinely trustworthy business that truly cares about its customers. Andrew is warm, considerate, and professional, and you really can’t beat his pricing and the quality of service he provides.

This is the kind of company that truly deserves to succeed—you can trust that they won’t scam you. Highly recommend!

Water from the ceiling tiles in our office started causing some pretty bad mold problems. We had Rapid Remediation come out to take care of the mold issue and they also helped to repair where the leak was coming from. Great job. Easy process.

After a long holiday flight all I wanted to do was get home to my bed. Instead, I walked into a growing puddle from a leak in our roof that caused ceiling damage in the master bedroom. I called Rapid Remediation after calling few other companies who didn’t seem to have the same sense of urgency to get started on the water mitigation or repairs as I did. Andrew came out to assess the damage the same day, to my surprise as it was after normal business hours. He and his team were easy to work with throughout the entire process. They have definitely earned my FIRST call should something like this happen in the future!

I asked for an estimate regarding the horrific damages to my residence caused by the recent severe freeze. Mr. Angi responded promptly and patiently investigated the damages inside and outside my property. Mr. Angi left no stone unturned and dealt with the ruins skillfully and efficiently after thoroughly assessing the ravages at my residence. Mr. Angi emailed me a Just an adequate estimate in a timely fashion. I recommend Rapid remediation for anyone expecting to Do any remodeling, restoration, or construction work.
