DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! From my experience, this outfit is totally unprofessional, incompetent, and given the chance, will RIP YOU OFF!
Their warranty is just as worthless as their workmanship. Once they have your money, you will never see them again. In fact, the service guy refused to leave the premises until my electronic payment cleared. NOW, I can see why!
I was promised numerous times that they would return and fix the useless repair, which failed the first day. But they never did. Of course, they never returned calls as well. I finally gave up after their worthless warranty expired.
Unfortunately, I did not check their reviews in advance as I had used A-Better (that's a laugh) Appliance Repair in 2019 and was satisfied.
If you've already been ripped off, I suggest you try reporting it to the County Consumer Fraud office. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!

This business kept the first appointment to diagnose the issues, but defrauds and scams its customers by
allegedly ordering parts, then fails to deliver by scheduling and canceling future repair dates for various reasons (illness) repeatedly (x 4 over several weeks). They don't communicate well, either. Website phone number is false (Brightspeed IPS number).
Needed to repair LG Stove & refrigerator. Couldn't do either.
