Premier was my second call. My first call was Quality Appliance Repair across the street located in Humble for help with my range and they scheduled an appointment from 11-2pm. At 5:30 I called the number because no one showed up, and they told us that the technician was too far out of territory to be able to come and so no one was coming and "we're all set now". So I then called 4 other locations in the Humble/Kingwood area (Premier Appliances, Humble TX Appliances, Advanced Appliance Repair and S&Y Appliances Repair) and every number from those "companies"/listings directed me to the same lady who said our information was already on record, and their technician was too far away and she still couldn't help us.

First, I called what I thought was local companies within a 5 mile radius of my home. Second, all of these companies don't actually seem to be companies but rather one company operating under many names and phone numbers. Third, the call center lady was frustrated with me because I unintentionally kept calling her when clearly I was trying to find an alternate company to help, and then she hung up on me when I asked if this was all the same company and if there was anyone else we could call. This company has cornered the HKA area on Google maps but seems do be doing so under false company names, intentionally misrepresenting themselves. Very sketchy....why not just operate under one name and be honest about who you are?
