i have used Bedford Heating andAir since late 70's. just recently upgraded my system inside and out,and they did a beautiful job as always,plus my electric bill was cut by almost 50%. very knowledgeable AND reasonable. i would and do highly recommend Bedford Air to all my friends.

Very pleased with service. An appointment was made with out the 4 to 5 hour window like other big companies. They were on time and worked hard at finding the issue. I really like that there was no nonsense and I never got the feeling like they were trying to sell me some service or product. Plus: No charge to come look! Definitely using them again..

Used Bedford Heat and Air for the first time on 8-14 Friday temp 104 degrees my mother who is 86 and wife stuck in the heat. Doug came and saved the day he has fair pricing and great experience.He even gave me some good education. Thanks Doug.

This company is so dependable. My heater went out during the ice storm this week and they were still open and came out on ice in spite of road conditions for me and my family to have heat. Our problem was fixed right away at a very reasonable price, and it's actually working better then before. This was actually my second time using this company. My 12 year old sons room would stay hot during the summer, the owner recommended duct work to be done and we took him up on his request and his room is so cool and comfy during summer months. I would reccomend them to all of my family and friends. Kevin knows his stuff!!!

I called Doug today, the Friday before Labor Day, because my coil was bad on my air conditioner. He called me back within minutes and was at my house in under an hour. I had called several other companies before but they didn't really seem interested in coming out because my unit was still under warranty and they don't make as much money with warranty work. Doug came, checked my unit, confirmed that it was the coil, called the warranty company, ordered a new coil and will be out tomorrow morning (Saturday) to make the needed repairs. He is doing all of that for what the warranty will pay him, not adding additional charges like the other companies wanted to do. Thank you, Doug!!

These guys are in my neighborhood and i decided to take a chance for my whole AC replacement and they were easy to work with. They were on time, gave very fair quotes and were completed in record time. I even had them come back for extra side work on my ducting and they are worth every penny. My home is much more comfortable and they are just nice down to earth to work with. These guys are gold.

I called Bedford Heating and Air after calling A#1 Air, who just wanted to replace my unit for $8200. The service guy for Bedford Heating and Air, who I think his name was Doug, came out and checked the filters inside the house and told me to change them out, then went outside to check the units. He was absolutely wonderful and knew his stuff. He explained everything he was doing and just cleaned the coils on both units and cooled down the compressor to get everything working. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and I will use them from now on for all of my heating or ac problem.
