Great company with awesome employees doing honest business. Would definitely do business with them again, although I expect this unit to last a really long time.

Art, was a fantastic technician. He took the time to explain the issue, walk me through it and professionally fix it. Couldn’t have asked for better service.

Million Air Heating, Air, and Plumbing technician Mr. Smith was at our Cleaners to discuss the project we had in our boilers room to replace our Back flow assembly.
I was very impressed by his knowledge and experience and we discussed the job and I had his complete quote with all the details and his explanation about the job .
Bastion may experience very knowledgeable and experienced technician.
Since we are still getting more quotes for our job, once we finalize our process of quotes collection then we will decide to move forward with them or not but so far qualification wise they are the best we are I analyzing there price quite.

Millionaire and Brandon Cronkite in particular came highly recommended by a neighbor when our 20 year old AC unit was on its last legs. We obtained 4 quotes and although Millionaire wasn't the lowest cost quote, we opted to go with them because of Brandon's thorough inspection of our current system and suggestion to modify duct work and registers to improve cooling in our master bedroom and bathroom.

2 weeks before our scheduled installation date, our old compressor bit the dust, right before our first heat wave of the year. Brandon came out and installed a cooling tower to help us get by and moved our installation date up one week to keep us as comfortable as possible (at no additional cost).

We went with a Daikin FIT system and after almost 3 weeks with it now, we are extremely pleased with our selection of Daikin and Millionaire. Brandon paid us a follow-up visit at our request because the master bedroom and bathroom were actually too cold with the modifications they performed. He made some adjustments and now our cooling is perfectly balanced throughout our home.

Based on some early analysis using Reliant's online energy use statistics, it also appears that our electric bills should be reduced somewhere in the 40% range.

With no reservations at all, I highly recommend Millionaire, Brandon and Daikin!

Daniel, Brandon, Arturo, Myra, and Holly are all rockstars. Daniel came out and quickly diagnosed a leak in our AC coil spilling refrigerant, explained why the AC wasn’t working, and what several reasonable solutions were to fix it. No upsell or sales-pitch. I agreed the coil needed to be replaced, but this would have to be ordered from the manufacturer. Brandon helped with a solution to refill the refrigerant until the new coil arrived. The new refrigerant lasted 2 days until it leaked out of the faulty coil again. We had scheduled the coil replacement for 6 days from Daniel’s diagnosis, but I called and left a voicemail that the AC was again not working and asked if this could be moved up. Myra and Holly got us set with an appointment that day and Arturo replaced the coil quickly. They all took great care of my family and everyone was friendly and so easy to work with. I’m so appreciative to MillionAire and they’ve earned a customer. Sincerely, thank you all for showing love and caring for people well.

Brandon was AMAZING. MillionAire was so courteous with my call and responded nearly immediately to an air conditioning emergency. I had a 2 week old baby and suddenly my thermostat was completely unresponsive and I couldn’t get the air on in the middle of June. Brandon stopped by, discovered the problem, fixed everything within 30 minutes, made some amazing recommendations and repairs, and was friendly and kind to boot. Never have I found so much confidence in a repair while feeling like it was an emergency… and never have I been treated with more kindness or respect. I would recommend air conditioning repairs from MillionAire to literally ANYONE who has a problem. Thank you so much for your amazing service Brandon!

Brandon has always been right on top of anything I have needed, they are efficient and quick to respond, I would definitely say the service was Worth a Million Bucks, but didn't cost near that! :)

The charge for the service completed was surprising; we thought that it would cost double what we paid. I cannot recommend MillionAire and Cole enough for your plumbing needs.

Our air conditioner decided to stop working on the hottest day of the year. After the A/C company I had been using for years cancelled on me at the last minute, I found myself hot, cranky and annoyed. Not to mention it was now 2:30pm on a Saturday and my thermostat was climbing to 89 degrees.

Chris was friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to find and solve the issue in less than an hour and had that wonderful cold air blowing in no time!

Cole came twice, once to diagnose, once to replace a gas line. He is knowledgeable, patient and informative. He worked efficiently to replace a section of gas line and kept me informed throughout the repair.

MillionAire AC came to evaluate work performed by another company to our AC. They could have presented a negative image of the other company, but instead reported they had done is what they were hired to do.

That kind of integrity is uncommon. The other company had betrayed our trust, so it was an easy decision to switch to MillionAire. Art is excellent!

I reached out to this company based on their reviews alone, and they did not disappoint! Our house wasn't cooling down and they were able to come see us the next day. Brandon cleaned our outdoor unit, and while we've had other companies come out to service/clean our unit since we've moved in, we've never seen such a dramatic change in the cooling. I've already recommended this company to other members of my family should they need anything!

Art was very professional and knowledgeable about our issues involving lack of drainage, pipe blockage, problems with lack of connectivity of existing EVR return air and UV light systems that were supposed to have been installed by another company. Now, we won't use anyone but Millionaire HVAC!!!
