I had an excellent experience with Santos at SANTO’S Heating & Air Conditioning LLC. He installed a new air conditioning system for me, and from start to finish everything was handled exactly as promised. His pricing was exceptional, and there were no surprises at any point.

Santos never rushed the job — he was prompt, took his time, and made sure every detail was done correctly. You can tell he truly cares about the quality of his work. His professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to doing things the right way really stood out.

On top of that, Santos is an honest, trustworthy person and very easy to deal with. I genuinely appreciate his integrity and workmanship, and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing heating or air conditioning work.

We are having a couple weeks of on and off freezing temps and our heater quit working. Santos came out to the house quickly and got our heater going right away. He was friendly, answered all our questions and was even courteous enough to put covers on his shoes to not track in water. I would definitely give him a call if you need any HVAC work done.

I’ve used Santos Heating and Air Conditioning multiple times and they have consistently exceeded expectations. From full system installations to smaller repair calls, their team is always professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. They take the time to explain the issue, provide clear options, and complete the work efficiently and correctly the first time.

What really stands out is their reliability and attention to detail. They show up when they say they will, communicate clearly throughout the process, and leave the work area clean and organized. It’s rare to find a company that combines technical skill with strong customer service, but Santos does both extremely well.

I confidently recommend Santos Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone looking for honest, high-quality HVAC work.
